This place is slow, overpriced and poorly ran. Nobody asked for a customer name, orders are not filled in the manner they were received. I hope they work on improving/ educating their staff on how coffee bars are ran.

Too SLOW!! 20 min wait times NO THANKS!!

I’ve come to this location a few times and it’s really hit or miss sometimes when I come it’s a guy who’s really nice and talkative and he’s super cool but I came in today and only one girl was on and I wasn’t even acknowledged for about 10 minutes then finally another girl came in and took my order but it took another like 20 minutes on 2 drinks and they didn’t even taste good today they kinda just tasted like blended milk :/ really disappointed because normally blackrock is pretty good

I try to go to other Black Rocks once in awhile and they just don't hit the same as this location. This crew is always on point. You guys got me coming back far too often. Special shout out to Alex for being an absolute badass every time I'm in there.

Not a place to relax and conversate with someone. Couldn't even make a phone call.

Pulled in during a rush hour on a Saturday and it was chaotic. I ordered five burritos, but was told that once I got to the window, I would pay there just in case they didn’t have the five burritos once I got to the window I was told they only had three burritos left and so I wanted to substitute the other burritos with some type of breakfast sandwich and they ended up giving me some egg bites that I didn’t ask for and I guess the lady just messed up my order and I’m a little disappointed. Another thing I overheard is that when I showed them my military ID the lady that was adding my discount was stopped from another employee and told them that the military discount only applies to drinks and not food so that was also very disappointing to hear and I won’t be coming to Black rock anymore.
