The food is good, but the service and wait times are REALY long every time I go. We placed an order and they gave us a 20 min wait. We came to pick up 30 minutes later and I had to sit in the lobby for another 30 minutes. Time is money, and you should be giving your customers realistic expectation. (Mind you I ordered two things)
This is probably my 3rd time here and every time the food has been great the service wonderful and the atmosphere relaxing. My food was perfectly cooked. I always had beer from my initial order which was speedy considering it being Monday night football Shoutout to all the staff to make this happen and the leaders that make this place successful.
I like Booty's. Great place for wings & burgers. Love the loaded fries. Really haven't had anything bad there. Service was a bit slow on my last visit but it won't stop me from coming back. I just wish it was closer.
