I believe Erica deserves recognition! I was having a horrible day and was hungry on top of that, my food was not made correctly but I had to get back to work. I called on my break and spoke with Erica and she gladly without a doubt remade my order and I was 110% happy. Thank you for being kind to me! Your positive vibe and empathy made me smile :)

Omg the assistant manager erica was freaking amazing she needs a raise or something her customer service was out of this world i was actually happy when I left that place she made my day after having a bad day food was super fast hot and delicious in would recommend you eat there for sure.....

Wow..so bad!! My local BK, just remodeled the dining room. Thought I would check it out. Walked in, not much remodeled. The place was empty. Ordered a whopper Jr and fries. Waited, and waited.. after 15 minutes asked if there was a problem, and was told “they were cooking the meat” really!! Finally got my order and the fries were totally cold and the sandwich was drenched in mayo..so disappointed! I won’t return..too bad!!

Forgot to say..BK is offering their $5 meal deal..sandwich, fries, a drink and desert for $5. I was distracted and just ordered the sandwich and fries. I was charged $8.32. I complained..you guest it ..too bad…too late..I suggest you stay away from this place!!

The amount of disrespect the window worker gave me was not okay. He first had me pull up, pay for my food, then told me to back my car up "until I say stop". Which I didn't understand why and never got an explanation. He just stuck his head out the window and watched me back my car up for a second, stared at me, said "stop", then smiled and walked back. I waited there looking foolish for about 20 minutes until some other girl looked out the window and asked me to pull forward. She gave me my food (rudely as if shoving it in my hands) then walked away. This interaction left me so confused and upset, I was almost tempted to come inside and ask what the problem was, but it seems this place is ran by people who don't seem to care anyway. Do your best to avoid this BK, because telling from the other reviews, this is absolutely not the first time they've disrespected people and took their time for no reason.

Worst Burger King in Arizona!

I travel around a lot in Arizona for my job, and I been to many burgers kings throughout the years, but this Burger King has officially earned the title of being the worst one that I have ever tried in my life.

I can guarantee you that most if not all of your french fries or chicken nuggets have either been sitting in the food holders for either hours or have been double fried when you make your order, and you can just tell by looking at it and see it’s not fresh. Like I hate McDonalds but I would rather eat their food than eat here because at least I know they have a standards when serving their meals. Another important matter is I would like to know, who is approving these meals to be served to the customer because you should not be eating this in my opinion. Corporate should be involved retraining their employees here to ensure that they are serving the meals to the proper standards they have set.

Messed up my order, I ordered a 8 pc nugget and they gave me 4 instead, I went in and talked to the employees about a refund and did not get a refund whatsoever
