This is the worst Burger King ever. We orderd our food on the mobile app and when I wen to the counter to pick up the order I stated to the employee that I am here to pick up my order. The employee stated let me see my phone to show him my order. All he does is walk back and forth from the front counter to the office but never speaking to me again. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes until a female employee put a bag of food on the counter and staed here is your order. No explanation or apology, so I stated to the employee that it is the employees responsiblity to communicate to their customers on what happened to my order and the employee rolled her eyes and walked away. So I had tried to call her back and she just continued walking away from me, so I had to call another employee to ask for the manager on duty. The manager came to the counter and she was useless and I explained to her on what happened to my order and she stated that she didn't know what was going on. So I told her your the managert and you don't know what is happening in your own store. I stated to her that she is just incompetent and should be fired along with the entire staff at this location except for the cook. I did ask her for the phone number for the district office and she refused to give me that, because she wanted my phone number instead to give to her boss. That I will not do. Never go to this restaurant due to the customer service and complete disregard for their customers

When I first moved here, I ordered from this Burger King often never got cold. Food order was usually always right now. If I show up, I gotta wait 1520 minutes from my food and unless I go in and check to see if my food‘s ready nobody’s gonna bring it out from the store after they asked me to sit so if you want fresh food, I would stand there at the counter and make them make your food to order

Place is worse than ever. Ordered on the app. Waited 35 minutes for food due to drive thru priority. The lobby started to get busy due to online orders and app orders. Hardly any staff and mis management. This place sucks with time if you want cold food and late food go here. They don't apologize for time management or already ordering. They truly don't care about customers here. Go somewhere else. Never again.

I've tried this place a few times. It doesn't get any better. Employees are rude and don't care about your food. The last time I was here I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru and it wasn't dinner time. Even going in is a huge wait. I thought drive thru was supposed to be speedy not a slow pain in the butt with a dash of rudeness sprinkled in.

Stood here for 15 minutes waiting to be helped. Two looked at me multiple times without saying a word. One of them only acknowledged i was there once i finally places my order at the kiosk.There was only one other person in place which they had already been served. So it not like it was super busy or anything.
This location and staff are terrible. Would recommend anyone to go here.

Ordered one meal and one sandwich was $20!! Food comes and everything was cold and dried out. Soda machines aren’t working. People have attitude of not wanting to be here. This place needs new management!! Horrible! I go to Culver’s for the same money and the food is always freshly cooked and hot! This place needs to be shut down!

I believe Erica deserves recognition! I was having a horrible day and was hungry on top of that, my food was not made correctly but I had to get back to work. I called on my break and spoke with Erica and she gladly without a doubt remade my order and I was 110% happy. Thank you for being kind to me! Your positive vibe and empathy made me smile :)

Omg the assistant manager erica was freaking amazing she needs a raise or something her customer service was out of this world i was actually happy when I left that place she made my day after having a bad day food was super fast hot and delicious in would recommend you eat there for sure.....

Wow..so bad!! My local BK, just remodeled the dining room. Thought I would check it out. Walked in, not much remodeled. The place was empty. Ordered a whopper Jr and fries. Waited, and waited.. after 15 minutes asked if there was a problem, and was told “they were cooking the meat” really!! Finally got my order and the fries were totally cold and the sandwich was drenched in mayo..so disappointed! I won’t return..too bad!!

Forgot to say..BK is offering their $5 meal deal..sandwich, fries, a drink and desert for $5. I was distracted and just ordered the sandwich and fries. I was charged $8.32. I complained..you guest it ..too bad…too late..I suggest you stay away from this place!!
