I believe Erica deserves recognition! I was having a horrible day and was hungry on top of that, my food was not made correctly but I had to get back to work. I called on my break and spoke with Erica and she gladly without a doubt remade my order and I was 110% happy. Thank you for being kind to me! Your positive vibe and empathy made me smile :)
Omg the assistant manager erica was freaking amazing she needs a raise or something her customer service was out of this world i was actually happy when I left that place she made my day after having a bad day food was super fast hot and delicious in would recommend you eat there for sure.....
Carmen is the absolute best employee ever and she deserves a raise. The food is not great but her service makes up for it. She has such a wonderful personality and is able to make you feel welcomed.
