Took a long time using the drive thru and only one other car was waiting. The food has deteriorated. Ranch dressing seemed watered-down, avocados were brown, they used the end of a tomato on my sandwich. We used to really enjoy eating there, but not as much.

Great lunch place with lots of healthy menu items. I try something new everytime, but I always get their tomato soup because it's better than momma's 😋 Fresh bread, half sandwich with soup and chocolate dipped strawberry 🍓 make for great meal at a decent price 👍

The last few times I've gone here there's always been an issue. Last night however was all issues. Didn't check every single things until getting home, lesson learned. Ordered brisket sandwich and paid for extra brisket but got half the normal amount in total and it was really dried out and tough, old maybe? There was too much slaw so maybe they doubled that? Paid for an extra roll and didn't receive that either. The recipe for the mango yogurt dressing was either changed or watered down as it was thin liquid not the nice consistency it used to be. The strawberry cupcake refresher was really just water, simple syrup with a little strawberry flavoring, it was so sweet no one that tried it liked it or could drink it. Cheesy dipper breadstick was really dry and hard. 50 bucks for dinner for 2 and it was all disappointing. Not sure I'll be back after this.

Why is there a touchscreen for the drive thru? Just take the order normally and then they have the audacity to ask for a 15-20% tip at the drive thru screen you manually order at?!? Absolute joke of a business.
Then had to park and wait for 10 minutes and food never came. Went inside and they had the food sitting on the counter while employees are talking and having a great time. Also my “protein” bowl was 90% greens and gave the wrong sauce. Thanks for wasting my time and money 👏🏻

As I sit in an unmarked spot to the side of the restaurant because the staff admitted that they get timed on the normal drive through waiting spaces. Order was made in advanced and was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. Just sitting here….in a parking lot….waiting for 20 minutes….for 2 soups and 2 sandwiches. Wish I could say this is the first time, but it’s the 3rd time waiting at least 20 minutes. Shame on me.
Don’t bother. Food is fine enough but just too slow to to be reliable.

I'm so disappointed about my visit last night. I usually stop by for my Dubai Chocolate strawberries, I've never had an issue at this location before. I never leave reviews, but I'm really upset. I stopped by around 7:50pm, there were orders previous to mine for the Dubai Chocolate strawberries, I noticed they were getting low on the chocolate but assumed they had enough for 2 more since they didn't say anything. When I got my order, there wasn't enough chocolate. I brought it to the girls attention and she told me if I wanted more chocolate it would be $3.00 more. I wasn't asking for extra chocolate, I was asking for the correct amount of chocolate. I literally ate fresh strawberries. I won't be going back in a while or at least late in the afternoon to not run into the same issue. They could've fix the issue, but decided not to. I should've asked for my refund.

Service: 10/10. Kylie and Sierra were both there every time I visited, Kylie was so kind helping me out with the menu while Sierra was just a ray of sunshine! Asked her how she liked working here; for my daughter, and she had nothing but amazing things to say about the atmosphere of cafe zupas! Even took the time once she was off to show my daughter exactly how she applied and about the process. The food: I always get an avocado salad with a pesto sandwich. The try 2 combo is a very good portion for the price, strawberry’s a little more pricy but delicious! Overall I recommend cafe zupas in every way! I will always be met with satisfaction by the food and the service.

Does anyone know how long there gonna have that seasonal weird drinks...asked employees on staff today around 230pm n none had a clue...I want the fresh juice drinks back. This cold cocoa thing is not my think n cranberry is good but with others that u had.
got into the drive-through for premade desserts only to have to wait 12 minutes because the employee was chatting it up at the window with another car 🙄 once they finally came out to us, they also decided to tell us at the moment there was none of that dessert

Mobile ordering is a joke. Place an order hours in advance for a promised time and they never fulfill it on time and expect their customers to wait 30-60 minutes after the promised time. They have so many people waiting for so long there’s no where to even park everyone. Completely poor managed and disorganized.
