Consistently late with online pickup orders (15-30min) with items missing or half filled bowls. The staff, however is always friendly.

Will not be back. Observed employees touching contaminated surfaces, dirty towels, boxes, hair, face, going in and out of building, not changing gloves in between tasks and then proceeding to touch food and make orders. Sandwich had no taste and soups were runny instead of hearty. However staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there.

My family and I eat at this Zupas location in Verrado at least twice a week. We really try to choose healthier options when eating out, and this is one of the few places nearby that offers that. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which we truly appreciate.
That said, we’ve noticed a few areas that could use some attention. When we order the Power Bowls, they often seem to be missing items, or the portions are a bit light. The presentation rarely looks like the photos—not that we expect perfection, but a little more care when assembling the bowls would make a big difference.
Another area that could improve is the cleanliness of the restaurant. It’s not always consistent, especially around the beverage and utensil stations, as well as the floors and tables. We’ve noticed similar issues at other Zupas locations too, which makes us wonder why cleanliness isn’t a stronger focus.
Overall, we’ll continue dining here because we enjoy the menu and appreciate the healthy choices available. Our feedback is meant to be helpful—we really hope the owners take it as encouragement to make a few small improvements that could make a big difference.

I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. Your store manager should be trained in allergies AND know how to look up ingredients in the food & communicate it to the public. This should be the standard not the exception. I was so disappointed in her ambivalence, as if it was my fault for having allergies. Needless to say we won't be back
It’s one of my favorite fast, healthy places to eat!
I was in the Boca Park location on 12/18/24 and had an absolutely terrible experience. I placed our order for 2 try 2’s. The staff working was so unorganized they let our sandwiches sit while they tried to find enough ingredients to make our salads. One employee used old brown Avocado's because as she told another employee I don’t want to cut anymore. The employees were more focused on door dash or uber eats orders than the customers that were dining in, and kept making other orders in the middle. When we finally got to the register and paid it was realized that the employee rang up the order wrong and overcharged me. She stated she couldn’t issue a refund. We tried to make drinks and the tray from the fountain soda machine was overflowing with wasted soda. We realized this was because the machine was malfunctioning and out of CO2. When I told the cashier about it she stated they were too busy to fix it and it has been out for 2 hours. We sat down to eat and our sandwiches were completely cold. My salad was covered with the gross brown avocado which I removed and put on the plate with my sandwiches. I brought the sandwiches up to the counter and told the cashier they were cold and please remake them. I went back to sit down and finish our salads. I went back up to the counter to inquire about my replacement sandwiches and the employee stated sorry we are busy and didn’t get to it. They were still sitting in the same place on the counter. I asked for a manager and she stated there wasn’t one there. I asked who was in charge and she stated Nobody. I asked for a refund and she stated she couldn’t do that. I have called into your customer service but the voicemail box says to email M Classon but didn’t spell her name. I am very upset with this entire experience and how the store is managed. It is also concerning that kids are running a store, and I think the Southern Nevada Health District should be notified about this as I’m sure nobody in the building is a certified food handler. The store was a mess, ingredients were everywhere. The lack of a manager was evident. I’m questioning how this food can be safely served and if temps were being monitored. Without a manager in the building and the lack of any sense of urgency by employees someone could get very sick. I am extremely disappointed in this entire experience. And doubt I will ever patronize a Cafe Zupas ever again. This has been my goto for a fresh salad, but now I feel like I need to explore other options. As of 5/9/25 NOBODY has responded to my emails, voicemails, or any correspondence sent in to corporate.
We were meeting some friends at another place so their kids could play. We haven’t been to Cafe Zupas in awhile so we ordered to go so we could enjoy our meal at the other location while visiting friends. My son ordered a Mediterranean chicken sandwich, my husband ordered the BBQ Brisket and I ordered a protein bowl. To say the sandwiches were disappointing would be an understatement. Both had so little meat on them that we looked at our receipt again thinking we ordered wrong. The only thing that was good was the protein bowl. We will not be going to Cafe Zupas. We went to the Arrowhead location in Glendale Arizona
This place is full of dust all over on top of the food area. Bathrooms wow, if you think think this place is nice and fancy?? Just go to the restroom and you definitely change your mind about it. There is like 8 or ten employees trying to take orders but they all really slow me and my husband waited 40 minutes to get our order. Not to be raíces but I’m pretty sure that with 5 Mexican the line would be running faster.
Charged extra meal. as we asked for clarification. the manager only refunded half price without any reason. any body know why?

look at the picture of the BBQ Brisket sandwich and then order one and see what it looks like 🤣🤣🤣 pathetic portions. I was so ready to devour a giant sandwich, this thing ended up being so tiny. also y'all gave me the wrong lettuce
I have always liked this place and hate doing this! I am not usually one to leave negative reviews but as I feel like others should know what they are eating. I got a salad to go because I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work and there was a LIVE bug crawling in my salad. Which then leads me to believe that maybe they don’t wash their salad or something. I am so grossed out. Just thought everyone should know.

First time trying this place and probably the last. The sandwich looked nothing like the menu showed. The serving sizes are very small for the combo meal. The bread that comes with the meal was cold and hard. The chocolate dipped strawberry was wilted and you can tell it was on the older side. The soups were nothing to rave about, the small container it came in was half way filled. The lettuce on the sandwich did not seem the freshest. It was more like a $6 meal that cost $14.20.
