Finally tried this restaurant not too long ago and food was great! Just wish the torta was a little bit bigger 😋
Onions and cliantro on the carne asada fries were a little too strong for my taste. Only down side was the salsa had clumps (as if it was frozen and thawed out). May check it out again

Came last night to try there california burrito,upon opening the bag at home it looked like someone had already taken a few bite out of it and it wasn't even rolled properly, as the fries were falling out! Called and talked to who said she was the assistant manager she was very helpful (sarcasm) told her I wanted a full refund and would take this burrito back to her, was placed on hold for 5 minutes so she could call the manager who wasn't even there! This place has gone down the drain! Never again!

Calitacos in Buckeye is a must-try if you love bold, authentic flavor. The food is absolutely 5 stars—tacos are loaded, the birria is incredible, and everything tastes fresh and made with care.
The atmosphere is casual and clean, though a bit basic—great for a quick bite but not a long sit-down. Service was friendly and fast, though a little scattered during busy times.
Overall, if you're coming for the food (and you should be), Calitacos delivers in a big way. Not our first trip and we’ll definitely be back!

The place was clean and the service was amazing. Our server gabby made sure we were taken care of. Very friendly and attentive. Id recommend looking for her if you want good service when you come visit this place.
Everything was excellent. I placed a huge order for my employees, and we were all pleased with the food: tacos, burros, and the famous quesdabirrias; rice and beans were super tasty. The order was done in no time. I also got a great deal from the manager. Everyone was super friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

My family and I went in on Sunday afternoon for dinner. We had the tortas de asada and they were delicious in addition the mango agua fresca was to die for. The girls upfront were very helpful and super friendly. I recommend you give it a try.

Unfortunate, first experience eating here. I was thanked at least for my lengthy time at the drive thru to begin. I over heard the cook yelling causing the window cashier to have to close the window before even greeting me. Then the food. Birria tacos were delicious. But not a fan of the watery tangy refried beans or the dry rice. 🤔 I appreciate the salsa samples, limes and napkins as the birria was greasy.

This place use to be my son & i favorite place to go. But the last few times we went we asked for extra salsas as the cups are tiny. We were given 2 per item we order so 4 in total. Asked for more she gave attitude & said it's. 75 per container...seriously for a tiny cup??? Then today my sons burrito was much smaller than usual & hardly any meat. I got cali nachos with carne & no joke there were probably 10 small cut up pieces not even a spoon full of meat. It was filled with cheese & beans. We won't be coming back anymore sadly.
