The bathroom was pretty clean with some paper on the floor but everything else was clean and tables were cleared immediately. The service was absolutely 1st rate, the food hot and fresh with no tomato ends (strange that someone would put the end of a tomato on a burger). Too bad the cheese wasn't melted, it is on the menu picture and in my dreams. The zucchini chips were fresh and hot. Thank you!
Vegetarian options: The only thing other than fries and drinks would be the zucchini chips which they can make a burger for you IF you ask. So, not a great place for vegetarians.

Excellent experience stopping while charging my Tesla. The food was fresh and hot. Everyone was polite and the manager even came around and checked in on everyone to see if they needed anything.

The lower paid staff was very friendly but the general manager or area general manager was obnoxious and rude. I ordered online and came in to pick up my order, gave them my name and waited while they finished. He was wandering around talking about an employee that wasn't present to his other employees, talking about his bonus, and just very unprofessional overall. Then he came to me and asked what I ordered but since I had ordered for 7 people I couldn't remember exactly everything and told him I didn't know but that they were working on it. He got upset and started to berate me as if I was one of his employees all because I refused his help because his staff was already taking care of me and I couldn't recall the names of my burgers. When someone else asked me if I was the mobile order, he interrupted for the whole restaurant to hear and answered for me saying that I didn't know. I haven't been unprovoked bullied like this since middle school. I don't expect amazing service at a fast food joint but it's a first for me to have a general manager proactively attack me as the customer.

Ok..where to begin…for the past five years we have been traveling back and forth between southern california and northern arizona on a monthly basis. We have always been fans of our local Carl’s jr in Huntington Beach, so naturally have stopped at numerous Carl’s jr.’s when traveling. Unfortunately, we have been very disappointed each time, to the point that we stopped going. BUT, today we decided to give Carls Jr one last try in Buckeye today and we are so glad that we did! All of the staff was smiling..so friendly and upbeat. The food was super fresh tasting and brought to our table with a smile. The restaurant was clean as a whistle. Breanna, the manager, has restored faith in one of our favorite fast food restaurants. Yay! Will be stopping in on our return trip. 😊 🍔🍟🥤😜👌🏻
