This was my first time trying Carls Jr. and the food was great. I stopped by after work and Emma in the drive through was attentive and friendly, despite it being late. I’ll definitely be returning

Food was good but the drive through was packed. Place seemed understaffed, Girl working there (emma?) was very patient and friendly though. She made sure to get me ketchup for my fries and wished me a good night.
I have come twice during the night and I always get the short hair blonde with lip piercings and she is extremely rude and has very bad customer service skills, never has a smile or a good attitude. Also wears headphones while working the drive thru she also has giving me the wrong order she has aggressively handed me my drinks when she is upset at her life

Thank you so much Arminda and Luis for all that you do! Not just to them, but to all the employees working today at 6:50 pm. We came to pick up dinner for our family of 4 and had some difficulties with our end in the drive thru, but the staff was so considerate of our situation and of course, the managers made sure we were well taken care of. They apologized for the inconvenience even though none of it was there fault. Thank you again for making this a great experience as always. God bless you all!
