I used the drive thru today. The burger was decent but didn't look anything like the picture of it. The fries were pretty good. The shake was very thin, like drinking flavored half and half. I ordered a chocolate cake that wasn't in the bag when I got home. I'm not taking a second trip down there. The girl at the window was very friendly and polite. For $20 I'm full but not satisfied.

This was my first time trying Carls Jr. and the food was great. I stopped by after work and Emma in the drive through was attentive and friendly, despite it being late. I’ll definitely be returning

Food was good but the drive through was packed. Place seemed understaffed, Girl working there (emma?) was very patient and friendly though. She made sure to get me ketchup for my fries and wished me a good night.

I have come twice during the night and I always get the short hair blonde with lip piercings and she is extremely rude and has very bad customer service skills, never has a smile or a good attitude. Also wears headphones while working the drive thru she also has giving me the wrong order she has aggressively handed me my drinks when she is upset at her life
