Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst chipotle ever. 7pm on a Friday night. No proteins left. Fat chunks in the carnitas bin/soup🤢. When we asked if more proteins would’ve cooked, the cook looked at us, gave us a dirty look, and went back to cooking veggies which by the way was the only bin that was already full. 9 customers behind us with no meat in sight. The cook had his pants below his bottom, showing his underwear and bottom. Not what I want to see in a place cooking my next meal. When the manager isn’t flirting with his female employees, he’s is of no help. So disappointed in this new location. Have given it half a dozen tries and will not spend another dollar there. Corporate needs to check in with this place. Tons of HR no-no’s happening here and let’s not mention food handling laws😬

If I could put 0 stars I would but for the sake of leaving a review I had to at least put 1. I LOVE chipotle and have never ever had an issue with them until today. They somehow managed to completely screw up our order or gave us someone else’s order. Either way it was almost nothing we ordered. To top it all off, the chips were completely stale. I still love chipotle but this location will not be getting my business again. Please do better.

Just left chipotle, paid 30 bucks for two bowls with portions that didn’t even fill half the bowls, I asked for white rice for both and got not even half a scoop which is ridiculous for the price I paid. It’s my second time coming since they hired a new team, and the first time the person who checked me out threw my bag across the counter. Overall this new team has a horrible attitude lol, find another chipotle!!

This location is consistently the best run Chipotle I have visited. The line moves fast even during the busy hours, and every ingredient looks fresh. The staff works with real efficiency and still pays attention to small details. My order is always exact and the portions are controlled without feeling stingy.

The restaurant is clean, the service is steady, and the food quality is reliable every time.

All the workers are so rude, and I’m confused how they have been open this long, and STILL haven’t gotten their stuff together. This place is a MESS!!!!!! Drive further to the one on cotton, or even Prasada!! DONT waste your time and monayyyy coming here. These ppl don’t know the difference between black and pinto beans?! Hello?! You work with the beans daily?!!! Get it together!

I feel like people need to give this chipotle another chance. I do always order on the app during lunch rush, but I have zero issues with the quality/freshness including the Guac.

This place just can't get it right. 3rd time with an issue here. Extremely stingy with the food portions. You pay around $15 for scraps. You'd think since they have been open for so long that it would improve but I guess not. The 2.6 is definitely earned.

Teenager at register had a really bad attitude and shoved my food at me. Kid is not meant for this job.

Very greedy on chicken and rice …not good chipotle on this lacation … taste was also not feeling good very cheap on guacamole too..disappointed

Little light on the chicken but everything else was awesome. We hit the lottery with that burrito and all the bowls were pretty good as well. For as large of an order as it was everything was correct and it was ready on time. I’d go back for sure!

We popped in for lunch. They didn't have any chicken we had the carne asada instead. There was way to many globs of fat they we were unable to chew. That wasn't pleasant. The dinning area was dirty, so we opted to eat outside. So happy for cooler weather. We normal have better results. Maybe they were just having an off day. We'll give it another go.

I was excited to see that a Chipotle finally opened nearby. I ordered my food on the app and even had some rewards for double meat. I arrived to pickup my food and it took them a second to find it. Once I got home and opened my bag I was very disappointed to see the sad little burrito that they prepared for me. Usually when I get a standard burrito from any other location it is stuffed and barely able to stay together. Consider that was was supposed to be double meat, it was smaller than my previous orders. This was very disappointing that Chipotle has become ao greedy and can't even provide a quality product as such a high price point. If I want an empty burrito I can go to taco and pay less. This was a very disappointing visit and I hope others take note and go somewhere else to spend their hard earned money

Barbacoa was a little dry, but it was late evening. Thats to be expected. Service was top notch. Manager on duty was great, changed gloves for me and was cool with my all my wants for my family's meals..

My wife placed a To go order for pickup at 2pm by mistake and immediately asked me to modify it to 2:30pm since her meeting was an hour not 39 min. I tried to call and was told I can’t modify an order once it gets sent to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant showed up at 1:45. I told them the situation and they showed me the food already on a shelf waiting and said they wouldn’t refund or remake the food since it’s already made. They said they make the order as soon as it’s placed. This is rediculous, even if I was on time my food would have been sitting atleast 15 minutes. Instead now it will be eaten 45 min after being prepared. Make it to where you can modify a pickup time, and don’t make food until the time of the pickup request. I’m furious the manager didn’t see the common sense that I am there 15 min early and the food is already on their Togo shelf.
