Host was excellent. Informed us they were backed up when she brought us waters after about 10 minutes. Then the hostess refilled our waters. We saw our server exactly 3 times. Once for our order, for delivery, and for the check. The food was ok. Slightly burnt pizza, a little bit of char on the ravioli, the soup was ok.

I really wanted to love this place, especially since my husband and I chose Ciao Grazie to celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary, but the experience was unfortunately a letdown from start to finish.
We were greeted and seated quickly, however we were placed right next to the front door despite other tables being available. Every time the door opened, a cold draft came through and made the meal uncomfortable.
Service started off fine — we were seen within a reasonable time and the food came out quickly — but the overall quality didn’t match the price at all. My spaghetti and meatballs was a $25 bowl that tasted extremely underwhelming, with a sauce that honestly had a canned, one-note flavor rather than something fresh or house-made. My husband also felt the pizza was disappointing, especially for an Italian restaurant, and didn’t come close to what we were expecting.
The atmosphere didn’t help either. The dining room felt loud and unrefined, with staff speaking loudly across the restaurant. At one point, we even saw a kitchen staff member come out and loudly converse with the hostess, and the bar area was similarly noisy — it didn’t feel like the kind of environment you’d choose for a special occasion.
Our waitress also had long gaps between check-ins, and when we requested to-go boxes, there was a significant delay (around 20 minutes) before we received them. We wanted to eat dessert there and waited so long we ended up ordering tiramisu to go. The tiramisu add on may have contributed to the wait, but the tiramisu itself was another disappointment — the ladyfingers were very dry, and the dessert looked unappealing by the time we opened it at home. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst tiramisus I’ve had.
Overall, between the lackluster food, disappointing ambiance, and inconsistent service, this was not the anniversary dinner we hoped for, and we won’t be returning.

Disappointing. Service was terrible as we sat for 20 mins on a non busy night without anyone checking on us. And the manager walked by a dozen times. When I left the only explanation was, “it’s not my table…” they are in a small town but don’t want to be part of the town. Wouldn’t let the HS post fliers about an event that draws a huge crowd for them, and they up charge tables for the event, but don’t advertise in here. I won’t go back.

The crust on the pizza was PERFECT! The pasta so rich, what a great find!

The Dame Edna pizza is a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The prosciutto adds a savory, slightly salty kick, perfectly balanced by the fresh, peppery arugula on top. The crispy crust provides a satisfying crunch, and the generous sprinkle of Parmesan ties it all together. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a sophisticated, well-balanced pizza!

Excellent Chicken Rigatoni with a little heat behind it Here in Verrado, very good portion size too for the price. Service was very friendly as well. Brady gave me exceptional service at the bar even while they were pretty busy.

Gone down hill quickly!
Suggesting a new menu, fresh, ornate; original.
New or a real Chef in the kitchen.
Better job on marinara and meatballs.
Better staff that actually appreciates your customers.
Less cell phone usage by employees AND the owner.
