Excellent service and great tasting food. Stefano does a great job running Grazzi. His staff are all top shelf locals who take pride in their work. Thanks
Amazing service but food was such a let down. I ordered chicken Alfredo and it might have been the worst chicken Alfredo ever. It was extremely creamy and thick to where it was not edible it was just a glob of cream and Lacks flavor. The pizza is good and Cesar salad is also good
Overpriced. Paid $51 for a salad and pizza that would've satisfied my kids, not good portions for adults imo.
Some seriously good pizza! They have a 5 cheese (Cingue Formaggi), and add Prosciutto and caramelized onions....recommended by the owner many years ago~ Add a speciality salad such as Insalata Veneziana. Yummy!!!
I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. The pizza was delicious and more filling and satisfying than I anticipated. And the dessert was worth the visit by itself. I should also mention the service, which was excellent. I'll definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!
Dishes aren’t served with the listed ingredients, Alfredo made with spaghetti, no bread for their sandwiches, and they put hersheys syrup on the tiramisu 🤢 some of the food is ok, other things lack flavor.
This was the worst experience we've had in a long time. We arrived at 7 PM, placed our order at 7:15, and didn't receive our food until 8:30. During that time, we were informed twice that our order—pizza and fettuccine Alfredo—was almost ready. It was frustrating to watch three other customers who arrived after us with a larger party receive their meals. The waitress acknowledged our wait and apologized on two occasions. Ultimately, we decided to take our food to go, and while we were offered a 15% discount on our meal (which felt insulting), it didn’t apply to the wine, leaving us with a bill of $131. I wanted to reach out to the manager via email, but I couldn't find any contact information online. I also called to speak with a manager, left my details, and never received a return call!
We love Caio Grazie. Always a 5/5 experience and love their food and drinks. The service is always friendly and pleasant.

New to the area and love Italian food so was looking forward to trying Ciao Grazie. I sat at the bar and waited a good 10 minutes to be recognized. I ordered the chicken parm. The food was so-so and the portion size was what you would expect on a children's menu.

The food is good and it’s difficult to find even passable Italian food in the West Valley. The service is good but not great, ownership is attentive and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

This is some of the better Italian food I’ve had that isn’t homemade. Their chicken parm is absolutely amazing and the tomato sauce used with the noodles is so flavorful. Definitely check this place out.

Excellent napoleon style pizza. They keep it traditional, so don't expect wild toppings on the pizzas, but they're good.

Meat lovers pizza may as well been a pizza chip. Thin crust was crisp, not nearly enough tomatoe ( pizza sauce) and cheese was scarse. This was the 2nd attempt will NOT try 3rd time.
A great experience as always huge thank you Stefano, John Marco, Destiny, and the rest of the staff. Every time I come here everyone is super friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious. They always have a amazing seasonal selections!
