Great Sourdough Beginners Class!
I was visiting from Alaska and took the beginners class for a girls day. The class provided a wide range of interesting information about the history of sourdough along with basic terms you need to know when starting baking. The class was interactive and the couple leading the class was wonderful, very enthusiastic and helpful throughout the whole class. Overall we had a great time and will be attending another class when I am back in town to learn about inclusions!!
