Staff is friendly, my son's is obsessed with the blueberry donut wholesale. I've had the ham & cheese breakfast sliders.. they were pretty good, nice little snack in the AM.

Just picked up some donuts on Mother’s Day. Lots of employees talking amongst themselves, not helping customers. Got the donuts, brought home the surprise for my wife. The apple fritter had no apple in it & the lemon filled one had less than a half of a bite of lemon in it… If you want over priced under whelming donuts, this is the place for you.

First of all there’s always something missing when DoorDash delivers also they never answer there phone you guys need to get it together why work there if your not willing to do the customer service part correctly smh

I love the breakfast sandwich croissants but lately I've been going for three weeks and been getting the same answer we are all out and this is at 9am and they seem to never have the flavor donut I pick chocolate or strawberry sprinkled donut I just want to know why is this happening all with in a month of trying to have patience with the service

I just want to give a shout out to the awesome crew at this store. They are constantly being treated like trash by most of their customers for things that are beyond their control. Considering that they are the busiest store in AZ they have fast customer service, and availability. Despite all the bad reviews on this store I would consider all the things these people have to deal with on a daily basis, and how it must take a toll.

Staff, I'm assuming the manager, was extremely rude and unfriendly. Honestly seemed to be trying to make me feel embarrassed. Regardless if they are in a rush or not, does not excuse the level of poor customer service. The food itself was subpar and not worth the price. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to Fresh Donuts, way better donuts and coffee. Probably won't be going back after this experience despite having gone to this location since I move out her over 10 years ago. So definitely a disappointment but this seems to be final nail in the coffin for me.

I order a hot matcha with oat milk my drink was absolutely horrible. Tasted like pure water and at the bottom of the cup set a inch of chunky thick matcha powder unstirred. I also ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso I received a cup half full. Horrible serve

Placed an online order. The lady at the drive-thru was not so friendly and the food portions are too small for the price. They looked totally different from what was advertised on the app.
I had oder today 3/7/25and didn't get the bacon add to sandwich and the hasbrown that I oder paid 15 00 for those crazy was very upset

Music is super loud and they play Disney classics. I felt like I was in a daycare not a coffee\donut cafe. Bathrooms are atrocious 🤢
Staff has a revolving door, they must not pay well or management sucks because every time I go in, they have new staff and they never hire anyone semi friendly.
Kylie, front counter, asks sharply "anything else" after each item ordered instead of attempting an upsell. I was not ready to place my order (no one was behind me)and she kept rushing me. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. Food is prepared in the microwave, nothing fresh is made here. Donuts are stale as they're 'imported' from another location. Coffee is mediocre, at best.
I'm really disappointed in this Dunkin location.
