I was a customer for years and ordered on the Dunkin app, built up rewards points on the customer app. Out of the blue my app is missing TONS of rewards points-- to my surprise you get a big chunk of rewards points removed due to expiration-- no heads up on the coming expiration, just open the app and the points are missing. Messed up.

I usually dont like dunkin. But i decided to head over there because it was close. I was taken care of by a girl i beileve neveah? She was wonderful! She was very helpful and nice which is not often at most dunkins. I loved the coffee too ! I’ll definitely be going back there again.
