So I gotta start this off by saying that I love Dutch Bros. I’ve been going there for years recently They introduced the order on your phone feature to save time so you don’t have to wait in line it’s supposed to be great if you’re in a rush. however that’s not the case and this is not the first time I’ve been in a rush. I pre-order ahead of time And I still sat in line for over 10 minutes to get my drink that I pre-ordered 15 minutes ago so now not only is my 10$ drink old, but I have to sit and wait in line as if I was just to walk up when that defeats the whole purpose of ordering online. That was not what I did because I was in a rush I ordered ahead. It’s extremely disappointing to be honest it seems like Dutch Bros specifically these locations are poorly ran. they’re becoming so popular. The functionality is not efficient at all. Why would you even have the online order feature if you make your customer sit and wait in line as if they didn’t just order online. I had to speak up to myself and ask the lady at the window. Hey do you have an online order for Paul when I literally sat there for over 10 minutes standing right in her line of sight and she didn’t even acknowledge my presence I’m a small business owner myself And my business would not be possible without my customers therefore, I’m extremely grateful for them. I’d appreciate it if I was at least acknowledged when I go to spend my hard earned money at your business! I think I’m going to stop going to Dutch Bros. It’s gotten to the point where it’s not even worth going. I love the coffee. I love the company, but the overall service setup and experience has become terrible. You should definitely have an online order window if you’re going to do online orders!

Recommend not using mobile order - they are weird here and don’t have a system for checking you in unlike all other DBs. You order ahead, then have to wait in line to check in otherwise you standing out front of the window won’t get you acknowledged.
For the management - no hate but my recommendation is that you have a window person serving the line and another person checking in mobile orders and bringing those drinks out so they don’t sit on the counter and cool down or sit in the fridge waiting for the people that are already out there.

I love this Dutch Bros location! The staff is always amazing. Service is quick. It’s the best stop after doing a hike in Buckeye. Super appreciative for them giving me a cute birthday drink too. It was such a nice surprise.

I’m not a go to Dutch Bros person, but my daughters enjoy it. Every time they invite me my drinks only taste like Red Bull, no flavor if I get watermelon, peach and coconut. I have been so disappointed to pay 6 bucks for a red bull with ice. When I can go to to gas station and get a red bull for 2-3 dollars and get a cup with ice for free. This is about the 6th time this happens and it SUCKS!
