Best west valley location! I go to this location often versus the one that is closer to me in Goodyear because the staff is so much more friendly! I always get a delicious meal and great service! Shout out to the drive thru ladies who have been so patient with me and the El Pollo Loco app with redeeming my rewards!!

I enjoyed my meal. The chicken was not dry and was thoroughly cooked. Excellent broccoli cause everybody can't cook broccoli without overlooking. The other sides were good and the food was still hot when I got home with my carryout. The staff was alert and very courteous.

Usually a good place for food. Was not aware they get paid by how much they short customers on the portion especially after asking for extra. Also by how many salsas do they save. Did not get any sauce after asking if they placed any in the bag and then saying yes.

The food is typically good, however in my last visit I bought a double chicken avocado salad and a 2 pc chicken and thigh meal and did NOT get any dressing or salsa. I did not bother to go back because I live far out in Buckeye and had to eat my meal without any condiments and was not pleasant.
