Best west valley location! I go to this location often versus the one that is closer to me in Goodyear because the staff is so much more friendly! I always get a delicious meal and great service! Shout out to the drive thru ladies who have been so patient with me and the El Pollo Loco app with redeeming my rewards!!

I enjoyed my meal. The chicken was not dry and was thoroughly cooked. Excellent broccoli cause everybody can't cook broccoli without overlooking. The other sides were good and the food was still hot when I got home with my carryout. The staff was alert and very courteous.

Great place to pickup some good food to take to the park down the road and have a picnic. Prices are better than the other fast food places around there and the food is a lot better too.

Kid-friendliness: Healthier & tastier kids meals and the kids love it so much more than other places
