I read this article (Buckeye Buzz) on places to eat in Buckeye and this truck was all over the place, naturally I had to try. It did not disappoint! We ordered it all ... drinks, food and dessert. Armadillo egg, off the charts good. I took the family back next day and all were raving, this will be on our weekly rotation.

Hands down the BEST BBQ I've ever had, no sauce necessary! And this family is special. The parents work in the truck. Their daughter Cami greets you with a beautiful smile and friendly attitude, and can answer any questions about the menu. It was such a great meal and overall experience, I actually drove back to compliment and thank them!

I've been there few times. There brisket,rids pulled pork are awesome. The last time I went I went I had there Dino rib. It was tender and juicey, not too mention huge.

By far the best BBQ I have found. I drive some times over an hour. but I feel its so worth it. even the next day to warm it up. the meat is just as tender as the same day you get it. warmed it up at work for lunch. everyone came in from just the smell. So ofc, I said get a fork. everyone loved it. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

Heading back from CA to AZ we found Hernandez BBQ online, saw the reviews and had to stop. We visited their Laveen location, and had an amazing meal. The pork belly was the best I have ever had, the pulled pork with their bbq sauce was a standout. The portions were large, the sides were delicious: cream corn, jalapeño pork beans (great flavor!), potato salad. If you want to try something different, order up their armadillo egg, a stuffed and wrapped jalapeño. You won’t be disappointed! They also make their own drinks and desserts. All the staff we met were friendly and kind, and it was fun eating outdoors under the lights. First time here I fell for the hype beast. First off this brisket was indeed smoked, no seasoning & the brisket was tough! I’ve never in my life had tough brisket until tonight. Tough brisket is disgusting cook it slow so it melts and falls apart this brisket felt like beef jerky. Mac and cheese was eh weird taste not creamy not good, potato salad was horrific the most disgusting potato salad I’ve ever had I was eating hard ass potato’s. Just overall disgusting not worth 37, the links had no smoke burnt taste just boiled and cut up????? Definitely not no hit bbq definitely a MISS, yall was nice at the ordering table but that’s about it I’m throwing all this left over cold mid food away I do not recommend

We absolutely love coming to Hndz Barbecue! The food is always incredible the ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious, packed with flavor, and everything on the plate tastes amazing. You can tell they put so much heart into what they do. The family behind it is the sweetest they always go above and beyond every single time we come by. It’s truly one of our favorite spots, and you can taste the love in every bite! Highly recommend!

I wanted to love it but both me and my man were not satisfied . The mac and cheese was coagulated and powdery tasting and the meat was not seasoned well and cold . It was very mid In my opinion and very pricey .my man also did not like his sandwich . So it was not just me .We love bbq but this bbq was unfortunately not for us .
