Went to Indigo Grille after our golf on Monday. Only one person working. Could not handle the people that were there. Took too long to get drinks and even longer to get our food. The food was cold when it arrived. We had friends come over to golf with us. We were embarrassed! Our next outing after golf is already planned somewhere else. The drive will be worth not putting up with that!

Indigo Grille is a restaurant located in a golf community, known for its hot and fresh dishes. The sandwich options, including the burger and French dip, are particularly noteworthy. Recently, the Executive Chef came out to explain that they had run out of an item and asked what could be substituted, resulting in an amazing meal. All of the food was perfect, and service was excellent, with Morgan doing a great job. The atmosphere is generally enjoyable, especially sitting outside to enjoy the nice weather, and the bar, staffed by bartender Dan, remains a popular spot for locals. The restaurant’s monopoly on the area means there is currently no competition to push for improvement. Some dishes, like nachos, are large enough for two people as a meal or up to six as an appetizer or side. The fried chicken, however, needs more hot honey, as the light drizzle is not enough to add flavor. The cheeseburger dip is smoky, which was unexpected. Overall, a meal at Indigo Grille can be a good experience, but there is room for improvement, especially in portion size relative to price and consistency in service.
