Horrible COLD food and people there shouldn't have a job in public. They aren't friendly or receptive. This is a franchise you should NOT go to. There's others like Wendy's or Taco Bell around.

Just ordered a meal on the way for a meeting. Got down the road a ways before I was able to check food. I forgot to order no pickle. As I went to pull the pickle off I found a bug in my sandwich. I called the store to handle the issue and was told to turn around and come back. Advised them of my inability to turn around at this time due to personal matters. There was no apology nor attempt to make it right.

Disgusting not the first experience I ordered three burgers they do not come with pork I never got my orange I drive two exits to get their it cost me 42 dollars for three pork infested with dry dirty old bacon all over them None of us ate the fry’s were clearly old and rubbery I do not recommend this place The error was deliberate not sure why we were fussed this way but we were I give zero ratings n I want my money back 🤨🧐🧐😡😡😡😡I’m writing to the BBB n also pissed consumer as I know if I return to complain it could be bad as I fr no one’s aloud to speak out any more Watson jack n box need to close negligence is peak

We waited 25 minutes from the point we pulled in til we reached the window. They did not even have our order correct so we, along with others ahead of us in line, drove away hungry.
