Have messed up our orders many times but tonight was the worst. Got home & they didn’t give us fries on either order so we went back. Had to get off & barely gave us any fries. Once home we were about to eat & they also messed up the burgers. At this point we were not driving back. How hard is it to get 2 munchie meals correct. That’s your job.

This is the only Jack in the box in the area of Buckeye and is hands down the best place to get your fast food. The employees are friendly and fast. They are always busy because everything is great. The lobby is clean and comfortable, and the drive-thru is super fast.

First of all, expensive, but what isn't now. But this isn't fast food. This is the quality of fast food with the wait time of fine dining. Slowest Jack in the Box I have ever witnessed. Its not hard guys, bun, fake meat, cheese, bun. Done. They need an audit.

I mean, it's a jack in the box. Ve never had any issues at tne buckeye location. They're always open if you want some fast food with a myriad of options. I will say the smash burger might just be the best fast food burger alone so that gives this store an extra star by itself.
This jack in the box really needs to have their employees work on their customer service it's very absurd the amount of times I've come here and the employee who gets my order treats people. Today I went in to get a meal and the employee Brenda had said only taking cash at first and then changed her answer to no I said card and was arguing with me and my husband about it. Then she proceeded to throw my meal in the bag and gave it to me in such a mess.
