Absolutely crooked. The hell are your prices higher in Arizona than they are in California.. You pay $.60-$.70 more per Item here in Buckeye, Arizona than you do over in California, which is absolutely insane to me.

Foods always cold/soggy service is terribly slow, if other locations can do it so can you. They say open 24/7 but any time you try to go before work they always have the same lame excuse something with there system . Lazy it what they should call it. Get up and do your job.

Long lines in drive thru or dining in. I was charged double for my order, and you could tell the dude was trying to skim the tab. Didn't rectify it at all. I caught it and am waiting to see about his honesty and when I brought it up, um! Well, well, um! There is one person working and complaining about idc! That's a you problem, and I want it refunded now. I had to call corporate to get my money back!. These fast food establishments are something else with their cold nasty food fries halway filled and no ice in drinks when it's 120° outside.

Worst customer service didn’t even get acknowledged when I walked in. Standing in the front like an idiot waiting for someone to take my order. I get yall are busy but isn’t there supposed to be a front cashier and drive thru one as well? This place needs better management. Looking at the previous reviews seems like this is regular behavior for this location. Absolutely disgusting!

If I can do 0 stars I would 100% really poor customer service, even when they are done making your food they won’t say anything till you go up and bother them for it. Which one shouldn’t. Plus while I was waiting about 3 drive thru customer came inside cause they forgot to add something. Like I said POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
