*UPDATE* Want to give another shoutout to Dom their manager. You can tell he really enjoys his job. He’s always jumping in and helping his team with funny conversations to keep the positivity rolling. Still the best sandwiches around town!!!
Been here several of times over the years. Never had any problems always great food. HEY! To the girl with the bright pink hair you made a slamming sandwich. You were right why not do both pickles and jalapeños?! Fantastic! Thank you !!

Don't order online it's a waste of time they just make all the subs for the people that are there in person first and put the online orders to the side, this is the third time they did this to me. Online ordering is supposed to save you time but it ends up taking longer at this place, I watched them clear the line twice before they started making my sub I had to ask for it and it was already part the time that it was supposed to be ready. Waste of time!

This is the second time that they got my order wrong. I was given the sandwich for the person that ordered behind me. The time before that, they forgot one of my d sandwiches, I had to drive back after getting all the way home. The service is good, but the orerd a accuracy is not great.

I have Celiacs abd this place has been the most amazing place for me needing gluten free options. The staff was so understanding and amazing with my requests and even made sure to clean everything fully before making my sandwich! I eat here often and have never had an issue, love this place!

I searched the entire menu for a sandwich that had avocado and I found none. So, I ordered a Chipotle cheese steak. It was a good sandwich but i didn't like the bread so much. While waiting on my order I noticed avocado going on someone's sandwich. I failed to noticed the waist high ad on the counter for avocado 🥑 😪.

Staff asked me to wait with no explanation even though I was the only customer in the store. There were four employees behind the counter just standing there. Watched an employee touch her face and hair while wearing gloves and then immediately go back to touching the food.

I would love to especially think Bryan. I went in there for lunch because we were at the ER with my husband. He found out that my husband was not feeling well and he sent him a cute little. Get well message on his sub and a free cookie. Well, you don’t usually expect that from Fast food establishments. But he took the time out to send my husband that message, it meant so much. And did I say how delicious them subs were?

Had a worker named Brian. Wonderful guy. Had my husband try a cut of meat and make sure my husband was happy. Great personality . Paid for my husband sandwich man needs a raise.

I’m a long time customer of this in particular Jersey Mikes location. I have always ordered exclusively online delivery. Never had a problem. One day last week, however, we decided to stop by and order in person. My husband went in, already knowing our order from getting it so often, only to be greeted with a rude and condescending man who was irritated my husband didn’t know what “my twin” meant? Another employee told him - he doesn’t know, he’s an online customer- and the guy still persisted with the condescending attitude. Not cool. My husband is a nice man, soft spoken. He didn’t say anything but I’m pissed. Won’t be back.

The “ manager “ is absolutely awful. Refused to sell me a product I’ve been buying for years. Apparently since she’s the manager she makes the company rules…. I’ve never had an issue with buying anything weekly for over a year then suddenly today she tells me “ I’m the manager we don’t do that “ refusing to sell product to someone when you have for over a year is insane. I would not recommend this location and hope the company speaks to her. Awful experience for a celiac customer being refused to be sold the only gluten free product

The manager here insisted that someone was in the restroom. Which an employee was in the restroom for over 15min. There is a nicer way to explain to a customer. Him rising his shoulders as if he didn't care and there's nothing he can do about it is rude and inhumane. If it was HIM who had to use the restroom I'm sure he would of been much kinder. I love Jersey Mike's however I do not love his nonchalant attitude as a manager. I won't ever return to this location again just so I don't run into him.
