Usually everytime I come here it's great the people are great, extremely nice, the food is Usually great but tonight I was shocked they were quite rude and the portobello mushroom and Swiss sandwich was absolutely inedible as soon as I got home and opened it up it was soggy from the grease and mushroom juices it wasn't seasoned at all so even the veggies weren't edible it was a complete waste of money it wouldn't be that bad because they've always been great before but what makes it worse is how rude they were on top of the shitty soggy sandwich so I'm not sure I want to come back anymore

Staff are friendly, the sandwiches are good, and the ingredients are fresh. Can't go wrong with a sub sandwich from here.

The young African American man at the counter today (9/21) was extremely rude and didn’t seem to know how to make the sandwich we ordered. When we asked if it was supposed to come with bacon and avocado, he responded rudely, saying we should have told him sooner. I’m sorry, but I didn’t realize I needed to explain how to make the sandwich we ordered at your job. He then became visibly irritated when we requested a side of jalapeños and pepperoncinis. I assure you, work only gets more stressful, so lose the attitude and try to be a decent person.
