I will never go back again. Manager was very rude. She was was disrespectful to the customers. We had to wait more than 40min for our food. Manager need to change her adtude.

The person taking orders was rude, the person who made the sandwich was rude. She put so much lettuce I made a salad out of it. The only person was coo was the person on the grill. I will never go back to this location.

The employees were super nice. The restaurant was clean. The food.... I got a chicken bacon ranch. I didn't realize they chop it up and cook the meat to the point of being burnt along with the ranch dressing.

For starters, I love this Jersey Mikes location. Food is alway on point. The only problem is they allow their employees to wear a nose ring. Kinda gross me out when you see little crust ( hopefully not boogers) hanging from there. Please no extra topping!!

Okay, I have not gone to one of these is a very long time because I always associate it with Jimmy John's. This is not that this place is so freaking good it was kinda dumb. A little bit pricey but a large sub will feed 2 no issue I will go back for more lunchbreaks thanks guys, BTW I got the chicken bacon ranch it was incredible!

I waited about 15 minutes. My order was given to wrong vehicle/person. I had to go inside because they didn't even catch it. Then fake apology from one person out of 3. They offered to remake the sandwich's however they were the absolute worst ones I've seen. I'm sure whoever reads this if anyone actually does, I WILL never go there again. I was going to be using this location for my hotel which would be hundreds of dollars.

Someone by the name of Matthew Lintz contacted me to apparently rectify the situation however I have called him back twice and again it doesn’t seem like anyone cares about customer service.

Went to this location for the first time today. They messed up my sandwich order but offered to remake it without issue. Newer location and probably a newer crew but everyone was nice and my sandwich was delicious! I’ll be returning back for sure.
