Jersey Mike's Subs

Did not add tomato or onions to any of our 3 mikes way subs we ordered for pickup. Very dissapointed and probably shouldnt have expected any better. Its on me for thinking Id get what I paid for.

I come here often and staff is always friendly, happy to serve. Prepared my sandwich just as I asked. As we go to pay, the manager (maybe owner) offers the meals on the house. Super nice gesture! Thank you! Will be back!

I have gone there twice this month. I had to park about across the street cuz the lott was full. The first time there was a 25 minute wait to place my order and a 25 minute wait to get my single sandwhich . The second time it took an hour with only 20 minutes to order. i repeated the order about 3 times to the girl behind the counter I think she may have had some sort of hearing deficit and i don’t blame her for that . I asked if it would take longer than 25 mins to make the sandwhich and she said it wouldnt. She did finally write it down correctly. Only problem after that was they gave me someone else’s sandwhich …never again .
They do all their internet orders before walk in customers so if you go there be prepared for a very long wait or order online and they will take care of you right away. They need to close the doors and only take online orders !

Aug 1. Walked in about an hour before they closed. Two younger guys working the closing shift. Both welcomed me with a smile, asked about my day, and made me a super fresh sub as always. Just wanted to shout them out. It’s a huge reason I keep coming back here. Staff is always awesome. Keep it up fellas, you’re going places in life.

This location is so friendly. I went there last night to get a curb side pick up order and I had spoken to a young lady on the phone before my arrival. Her name was Leslie, she went up and beyond to help me. Super nice and i was so impressed by her kindness, friendly attitude, she went up and beyond. We don't see much of that anymore. So THANK YOU LESLIE, YOU ROCK!!! Keep up the good work. What a great working example!!! Can't tell you How much i appreciated it!!!

Most ridiculous sandwich making I have ever seen .. can't get an order correct of just two regular sandwiches .. paid even more for it through DoorDash what a joke .. last time that's for sure

Service is great. The manager was training a team lead and was so nice and polite. My kid dropped a bag of chips and she replaced and kept me from trying to clean up myself. Thank you Jersey Mikes Verrado!

Food quality is pretty consistent and it is a newer store that seems clean most of the time. My only complaint is you have younger employees that gossip and talk to each other right in front of customers. Complete disconnect with customers that I've noticed over and over again at this location.

Ordered cheese steak and Italian hoagie. The person who cooks doesn't know that you add cheese to the steak on the grill and cook it. Not put cold cheese slices not cooked on the steak. What a Moran. The hoagie was tasteless also. Very disappointed for the price you pay. Won't be ordering anymore from Jersey Mike's it's a waste of money and time it takes to make a disappointing product. Never again.
