Came in at 8:50 and was told they were close. Sign says the close at 9. I understand that they were closing soon but the sandwich take 45 seconds to make.

WORST BRANCH EVER. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. I WAS NEXT IN LINE AND IT LITERALLY TOOK ANY OF THE 3 WORKERS THERE (MANAGER INCLUDED) 5 SOLID MINUTES TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME IN WHICH THEY TOLD ME THEY'D BE WITH ME IN A MOMENT. WHEN I FINALLY ORDERED THEY WERE ACTING AS IF MY ORDER WAS AN ANNOYANCE. THESE DUDES NEED A BETTER MANAGER AND BETTER TRAINING. WORST LOCATION I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

I have ordered at this location for the last time. This is the 3rd time I've placed my order with customization and the sandwiches were made wrong. This has happened every time. Payed to add bacon and no bacon. I will never order again!! ?

Two visits in two different weeks; they sell me a tuna sandwich but tell me 3 minutes later that they're out of tuna. If you're our of tuna then don't sell me a tuna. This has happened twice in a row so it seems like a management issue; procurement, communication, customer service. That said, the staff is always polite and otherwise professional and this location seems very clean.

To enhance customer experience, the business could consider clearly displaying their policy on bill denominations. In my situation, I was prepared with smaller bills in my vehicle. However, the service provided left much to be desired.
