I originally went to Jersey Mikes after waking up from the longest nap and working (I work from home) I was absolutely starving! But Jersey Mikes was closed as soon as I got there ☹️ I thought I was going to a Jersey Mikes that was open later but I guess it was a Jimmy John’s. The extremely kinda and helpful employee offered me a refund. I declined because I really really wanted a cold sandwich. You did not disappoint and I will be back again. Special thank you to the store employee 🙏🏽✅ BEST SAMMICH . Thanks for accommodating my last min late night cravings

Was on my lunch break and stopped in to grab a sandwich and the guy at the counter just standing there looking at me and doesn't even say a word. Not a hello. How are you? How can I help you? And even after I asked him how his day was, he just stood there in silence. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at an Establishment who can't even say hello to their customers who are there to spend money. So I told him never mind. I will not eat here and I left. Remember you are where you're at because of your customers

Worst sandwich experience I have had! First of all the racist vibes in this place are thick!! From both customers and staff. The lady who took my order looked annoyed she had to be at work that day or something. I even had to ask for a bag when my sandwich was ready from the same annoyed lady! Speaking of sandwich, my bread was hard and on the verge of stale. Not fresh at all. I ordered a veggie sandwich that comes with avocado spread. Do you see how little they put on it!! You probably can't see it it's so little. Not only that, but my sandwich was doused in jalapeño ranch which was totally unnecessary!! I should have read the reviews first!! Never again!! Someone from the location, please contact me, I want a refund!

I decided to get a sandwich at Jimmy johns today. I ask for the deli sliced bread and the heavy set dark haired gal said they don’t have deli sliced bread only wheat bread. I had to go point to the tub of bread which was full of sliced bread. When I get home my sandwiches are made with the smallest end pieces of the loaf even though the tub was full of the fresh fu size bread. The chips tasted stale. I won’t be back to this location on Indian school and Jack rabbit. What a complete disappointment! Terrible service

This was a great second job! I made amazing and forever friends at this job and will hold this place dear in my heart. I will advise future employees to be careful who you befriend or trust, especially with older staff. I had my fair share of cat fights and being disrespected over immature issues, hopefully time passes and things change. Shout out to the managers for working so hard and made my working experience so relaxing (I'm looking at you Stephen!!). I'm gonna miss my crew everyday, the ones who never speak bad on my name and love me unconditionally!

We love Jimmy John's and this location is outstanding. Everyone we encounter makes us feel at home and so welcomed. My husband and I picked up a couple sandwiches this evening, Michael was exceptional and the sandwiches were delicious!
