STALE BREAD!!!! Last three visits our sandwiches were so stale, they crackled and crunched when bit into the bread. Hadn't even reached the insides of the sandwich. DON'T ORDER FROM JIMMY JOHN'S!!!!!

One of the best Jimmy Johns I've been too, hands down. The manager Courtney is amazing, always has a smile on and always works very hard to keep things picked up, stocked, and ready for whatever comes next. Her helpers Jasmine, Katie, Anika, and Janie round out the team nicely and are a well oiled machine. Love this place and the welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

It's 7pm, how are you out of bread? 15-20 minute wait because the bread is in the oven? Unless you had an unexpected rush, how does a store manager let that happen?
Pictures of menu items are far better than the actual food you get. This is the beach club. One piece of turkey. I mean come on! This is ridiculous! Are they telling employees to cut back on the meats because this is just a sad sandwich. Not worth the price! Fast service because they don’t spend time putting meat on your sandwich. Do better Jimmy John’s.

My pick up order sandwich has 1 slice of turkey on it🙄😡. Extremely unprofessional for the amount of money I paid for a turkey sandwich. So disappointed, I won't be back. Only Jersey Mike's from now on, they give you lots of turkey!

I originally went to Jersey Mikes after waking up from the longest nap and working (I work from home) I was absolutely starving! But Jersey Mikes was closed as soon as I got there ☹️ I thought I was going to a Jersey Mikes that was open later but I guess it was a Jimmy John’s. The extremely kinda and helpful employee offered me a refund. I declined because I really really wanted a cold sandwich. You did not disappoint and I will be back again. Special thank you to the store employee 🙏🏽✅ BEST SAMMICH . Thanks for accommodating my last min late night cravings

Was on my lunch break and stopped in to grab a sandwich and the guy at the counter just standing there looking at me and doesn't even say a word. Not a hello. How are you? How can I help you? And even after I asked him how his day was, he just stood there in silence. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at an Establishment who can't even say hello to their customers who are there to spend money. So I told him never mind. I will not eat here and I left. Remember you are where you're at because of your customers
