I stopped in after avoiding the place for 5+ years. I was greeted within 15 minutes and my order was taken right away. They actually had chicken AND had the type I wanted. I got my drink and barely put my stuff down on a table before my number was called. I took my order home to eat it. The chicken was actually fresh! I hope this is the new norm for this location.

So, the new manager, Sergio, has improved the quality of service and food at this location by leaps and bounds. I took a chance on eating here again recently, after years of avoiding this establishment due to being told they weren't going to sell pot pies anymore and that they were out of chicken multiple times in the drive thru. My reaction was, "You're a chicken restaurant. How can you be out of CHICKEN?" Sergio told me that they wouldn't ever be out of anything anymore. There have been a few times that I've ordered fries, and they tried to give me old droopy ones. I received fresh fries the first time, but I couldn't stay the second time for the time needed to cook them, as I had an appointment to get to. Also, when I visited last Thursday, the odor in the bathroom was absolutely horrible. You could tell it was the drains and not someone blowing it up before I walked in. The young man at the counter said he was told the issue with the drain had been taken care of. I told him to tell Sergio to pour hot water in there as needed and that it would take care of the odor temporarily. I'm not sure if the men's room smells that bad, but I'm pretty sure it does. All in all, it's a much better place to dine in.
Vegetarian options: Not a suitable vegetarian establishment unless you claim to be a vegetarian and still eat chicken.
Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly establishment with kids' meals.
Wheelchair accessibility: Two disabled parking spots near the entrance.

No one should go here. It is very unsanitary. Slow and they rarely get the orders right. No customer service. Everyone looks sleep or bored. Corporate really needs to come in and restructure.
