My kids keep asking to eat here and Everytime I try they are out of basically everything. One time we managed to get some mashed potatoes and gravy but they were out of chicken and biscuits. I tried again to get chicken strips yesterday and was told they didn't have any defrosted. I asked how long it would take to cook them and the girl told me that it only takes 7 minutes to cook them but they don't cook them unless they are defrosted which they weren't going to do. This place is never busy and it's because they don't have food to sell. It makes no sense how they stay open. It's super aus.

November 23,2025..3pm. Entered KFC n we were told no orders taken from lobby. Seen customer turned away...What was the issue?...lobby had a family n a couple n no one in the drive thru. I think this place needs supervision n some corporate to show up. Waston, Buckeye KFC

This is the second time I come to this restaurant for a pick up order that wasn’t ready and the first time I had to wait over 30 minutes and they were not even busy with clients, this second time I’ve been waiting for like 15 minutes, I don’t recommend this place at all.

Went to drive thru for 12 pc family meal requested all extra crispy and the normal white/dark mix. Was told they were out of extra crispy and it would be 25-30 min wait. I mentioned that every time I come to this restaurant they are always out of extra crispy or try to switch me to all dark meat. The girl at the drive thru laughed at me when I told her how every time they are always out of something. I paid for the food and said I would be back to pick up the order. As she turned away from window, I could see her and two other employees laughing at me. She thought I had already pulled away an I said you think this is a big joke, Came back 25 minutes later to pick up. Drive thru empty. She tells me its going to be another 10 minutes. I said I would pull around front and you can bring it out when ready. At 43 minutes, enough was enough and I went into lobby and asked what was going on with my order. Only one table of people in restaurant. Told another 5 minutes. Finally gives me order and again all three employees laughing, This experience was the absolute worst example of customer service in my life. No wonder KFC is not doing very well and this location's rating back it up!

Maybe either 1. Have your employees ANSWER THE PHONE or 2. Have your employees know what their doing. We got home to lids not put on any of our sides good enough, that when they bagged our food they popped off and we had an absolute mess when we got home. How pathetic!
Out of tea. Out of paper plates. Couldn't have pot pies read for 30 to 40 minutes. Had no chicken ready and had to wait 30 minutes for it. I went at 4:30 pm dinner time. You would think they would have had chicken ready to go for the dinner rush. Said something to the drive thru person and they didn't care at all. His name was Jorge. Poor costumer service! Be a great place to open up a KFC.

Can't get ahold of anyone at the store to get a refund of the 1/2 order they did not provide. Phone won't be answered and you cant leave a voicemail. Crappy service and they refused to cook tenders for our order.

Last time years ago I tried KFC and it was terrible, my buddy said I should try it again, so I did. Pleasantly surprised by the crunchy tasty wings. Very fresh coleslaw and wedges were just crispy enough with soft center. The heat was for me mild but tasty. I guess they didn’t have Ranch and substituted with Comeback Sauce and I’m glad they did. Very nice. Super friendly staff, brought the order to my car, ordered pick up for 1945 hours and received it 1957 hours, can’t complain about freshly made food. Will definitely repeat someday.

First off all they took along time to make order door dash dude did good in time . Our order was wrong it was missing biscuits and Cole slaw ! Everytime it happens at this store after paying 82 dollars I won’t be back unless they make this right !!
