Ordered a extra most bestest pepperoni, got a ham and pineapple. Tried to call and waited on hold for over 20 minutes, can't refund only a credit without any type of voucher or coupon code just a "note" in the system..... How do you mess up the most basic order? I won't be going back.

After reading some other comments it seems Little Caesars doesn't really care about their customers.

Good pizza for the price. Can get a little busy and wait times can be a little long. Ordered ahead of time and still had to wait a little longer than the pick up time. But the staff was working hard and doing well.

Um.... Lol. It was completely burnt the cheese was powder at this point and crunchy 😂🤢
Also lines to the store don't work. -10/10 do not recommend.

I come in and ask for a hot and ready but there isnt any at the moment. It will take 25 mins! So i am waiting and while im waiting i notice about 6 come out. I hear a customer ask for hot and ready and he gets one. So, i come up and ask where is mine. Apparently i cant get one of those i have to wait for mine to be made? Make that make sense! Also can we cut the pizza all the way through and correctly. I get my pizza and i got almost 1/4 as 1 slice but i have 3 tiny baby size slices.

So disappointed and disgusted. They lost my order and acted confused . Then I saw the girl didn’t wash her hands and continued to roll dough . Then we asked for another pizza because they were giving me a soggy one that didn’t even have any heat anymore. I am scared to eat such an unsanitary restaurant!!!

Absolute Chaos. I ordered a pizza at 5:20 on Friday.. Was told it would be ready in 45 min.. Was not ready till 6:45. Lobby area was full and the young man working the counter was doing the best he could. There was a shorter young lady that seemed like a supervisor that occasionally tried to help, but could benefit from taking some customer service lessons and how to communicate with customers. (She came across as rude and short with several people) There was a taller Red headed man that would come out of the back once or twice that seemed to be a manger. He at no point ever tried to help, or even address the customers questions.. He would come and pull the short girl to the back taking what little she was offering away from the front. He needs major coaching on expectations of a manager and realize in a chaotic moment like that he was needed out front working with the customers and not hiding in the back room. Too many mangers don't dive in when needed. Lead by example.

I ordered breadsticks and supreme pizza and both smelled really bad. I better not get sick. We didn't even eat much of it. Quality is lacking. Why don't these companies care about quality and service anymore. We work hard for our money!

BIG DRE

Horrible Customer Service experience at this location. Mason the Mgr was very rude and aggressive and unemphatic regarding my situation. This location messed my order up and forgot some items in my order. When I called in to voice my concerns, he basically didn't care and wanted nothing to do with assisting me. I understand that this location gets busy but that is no excuse for his horrible attitude especially with being in a mgmt position as he claims. After finally going back in forth with Mason, he agreed to refund my order and assured me that the funds would go back to my card. That was all a lie to get me off of the phone, 2 weeks later and still no refund. Your better then this Little Caesars, foolish of me for thinking that.

Do NOT get pizza here it is Awful! The pizza and breadsticks are horrible here. The pizza used to be good but now the pizza is half baked. Literally! Half of the pizza doesn’t hardly rise and the rest is limp. More often than not the pizza is old. The breadsticks are cold with butter solidifying. The cut is very uneven too.

I am done getting pizza here. The manager and investors really need to work on the quality of the pizza. Maybe it’s time to hire and train a new crew. Or just close up shop because if this keeps happening you are going to lose all customers.

PS they never load the pizzas in the warmers. Even though there are many working.

Pizza is going straight to the trash!

I preordered my food an hour an a half and received a pick up time. I show up and my food is not ready. I wait an additional 20 minutes and it still was not ready. I was not the only one waiting past my scheduled pickup time.

30-minute wait for a combo pizza. We chose peperoni instead. The peperoni pizza was dry as the desert. Clerk was borderline rude. We will stick to fresh Costco pizza for the same price.
