This place is a bit of a health issue, I found a spot of mold on my pizza and I had some other issues where one slice was spicy and found long blonde hair and some other stuff.
Waited and what a disappointment ordered the new The Fantastic 4 pizza what a disaster Jalapeño buched up on one of the slices looks nothing like whats advertised. Parts of the pizza is thin and thick now of the toppings are to the edge of the pizza as advertised. First time here and last will not be wasting my money here.
Waiting an hour multiple times not just today, for a normal pepperoni pizza is so crazy to me.
You go in they have nothing, you order online its 55 minutes , go get it and it is still not ready.
The worst. One of the reasons robots replace humans in fast food production lines and businesses.
idk if its just this location but literally every single time i order a pizza from this location on watson its NEVER good. today i ordered a pizza and it was BURNT. how can you look at a black burnt pizza and still send it out like that? This occurred today, july 11th at 12 pm so i want whoever is responsible to be held accountable. Yall want a decent paying wage but can NEVER do your job right. On top of all this the pizza wasnt even cut!!! This has happened more times then once. Honestly if i was the manager/owner id be embarrassed.
The customer service was poor the manager Rayen wanted to keep 91cents of my money because he didn’t have change -4
I'm a bit disappointed with Lil Caesars right now. I placed my order but was running late, so I tried to change the time of pickup on the app with approximately an hour before prepping my food. No can do, dear friends. I had to call the restaurant, and the only option was to have the gal cancel my order and reorder my order. WOW, that's a lot of orders in a row. Anyway, I asked her to cancel it and that I would reorder immediately with the new pickup time. I immediately opened my box of pepperoni crazy puffs when I got my order back to the car. Here's where the second disappointment comes in. There was only one of the puffs that looked close to what it should look like. The others were very small and hardly worth the purchase. It would be great if their IT could work on making the app a little more customer oriented with better options for changing times, adding items, etc.., as long as it's not too close to the preparation of the food. Also, what the heck happened to the portion on the puffs? I sure as heck won't be buying them again since this isn't the first time this has happened. How your experience is better than mine was. I don’t understand how a place that built its reputation on “Hot-N-Ready” pizza never actually has any ready. Every time I stop by, regardless of the time of day, I’m told it’s going to be a 15-minute wait — minimum. If I wanted to wait, I’d go to a better pizza place with more options and better quality.
The whole point of “Hot-N-Ready” is the convenience of grabbing a pizza on the go without having to order ahead. Instead, it’s become a guessing game of whether they’ll have anything available — and the answer is almost always no. Staff is usually polite, but the system clearly isn’t working. Either update the marketing or fix the prep schedule.
Until then, I’ll be taking my pizza cravings elsewhere.
They cant even get the toppings right.
They don't care about their pizza or their customers Pizza is super burnt the pizza dough taste rotten you complain they don't care this location needs to close down🤮

My daughter found a hair in her slice. Definitely not ours. We have dark brown hair and this hair was reddish, almost blonde.
Hair in food is unacceptable. They don’t wear the proper PPE such as beard net. Teens nowadays don’t have pride in their work and yet they have the audacity to ask for tips. We won’t be back.
Definitely done ordering here. Last time I was missing things. This time it was supposed to be a Pretzel crust (I think they knew that since they put the salt on) but it was regular crust. I pay for extra cheese and I don't get extra cheese smh. Lost a customer. Last time the District Manager was supposed to call me since I called corporate but never did.
By far the worst Little Ceasars in the United States!!! Ordered got the wrong order got a credit and again they didn't make the pizza right it was thin and hard in center and doughy on the outside!! Will find a different pizza place! Or drive to goodyear!! And what is this?? Not even a order of crazy bread!!!
When I got home and opened my pizza 🍕, it was looking burn 🔥 or old, it just that I couldn't take it back, because it far from me.
