Every time I order from here something is always missing. I’ve ordered delivery, drive thru and mobile pick up and it’s always something. Then instead of issuing a refund they just tell you to come back in which is going against the convenience they offer. Save your money and go somewhere else. I know I will!

Everytime I come through they always mess up my order. Whether it’s forgetting my sauce, giving me unsweetened tea when I asked for sweet (I put extra annunciation on the sweet for NO mix ups), and I always ask for no onion. They give me my food this time with onion and I see it clearly says NO ONION on the ticket. I bring it up to the desk to show them and the girl seems annoyed at the mix up. I get it, it’s McDonald’s, but what if I was allergic? Luckily I’m not, I just am to the taste. I won’t be coming back as if that matters because I know it doesn’t, but always DOUBLE check your food. Especially if they tell you to park up front to wait.

There are 12-15 parked cars with workers looking for people’s food this is extremely horrible and unorganized where no one can even find parking to be parked and wait for their food, if the food isn’t done they should stop instead of this awful experience I tried calling the store to tell them to stop parking cars and no answer people waited for so long all we ordered was 20 nuggets and 2 spicies

I’m extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s location. Every time I order, something is always missing—whether it’s fries, a drink, or even a whole sandwich. It’s frustrating to pay for a full meal and not receive everything. On top of that, the service is incredibly slow. Even during non-peak hours, the wait time is way longer than it should be. Management seriously needs to step up and ensure orders are accurate and service is efficient.
Few months back I decided to stop by on my way home from work around 1am, waited about 25 minutes for my LARGE fries to be done, once the young gentleman handed me the fries he said it’s on the house since I waited so long, I was glad untill I tried the fries…….. fries were cold & hard !!!!!!!!!!!! I was super upset. Just know I have not been back there since then, why the hell would you give me something free & giving it to me cold and hard ?!!!!??? Worst place, unprofessional, I don’t think they even make anything fresh during the nights.

I'm modifying my review. It is now one star. They have a severe supply issue and the employees have screwed up my order every time I've come here. And this time they literally got nothing right about my order.
Original review, still pertinent: The drive thru always seems a mess. The flow of the drive thru just doesn't work efficiently outside of those spots occupying the ordering board. It also seems like they switch off focusing on one lane for a while and then the other instead of FIFO. At least twice I've been at at the ordering box without being asked to order while 3-5 cars at the other box will order and pull through. Kind of frustrating. But the food is McDonald's food so you know what you're getting and I normally have a messed up order only about a third of the time.
