Mcnasty. Dirty store but the food was typical McDonald's. The best part was the people behind the counter were friendly and made sure the order was correct. Almost the worst fast food in buckeye.

Stated 24/7 on Google but they were closed at 3:15am for breakfast that starts at 4am. Since I work close by I swung back around at 4am and the system is down preparing for breakfast they said 10 minute wait. 20 minutes later I get my order taken and parked for another 10 minutes. Awful experience won’t be returning and I suggest others to not come here either

Worst customer service!! Waited 30 minutes for a happy meal to be delivered after being told to wait at the drive through pick and I had placed a mobile order 15 minutes prior! I witnessed 10 other vehicles receive happy meals long after I arrived. After walking inside and talking to the manager and expressing my frustration I was told it won’t happen again. Atleast compensate me for my time wasted on their disorganized service!!

Waited 30 min for my order and when it came the biscuits were hard like they’ve been sitting out for hours. Every time I come here it’s long wait times because they focus on drive thru orders. I’ll stick to the new one on sarival. Much nicer and better staff

They got like 30 people working here and they’re still slow. It don’t make sense. Add it up. Y’all need to get these people out here like Chick-fil-A and Dave’s hot chicken and start taking orders cause there should be no reason why y’all are so slow with 50 people working in a restaurant

Waited an hour at curbside pickup for a breakfast order. Called to make a complaint and nobody picked up the phone. Had another order for drive thru pickup because I forgot to include it in my original order. When I went through the drive thru, I was told I couldn’t get the item, as it was a breakfast item and breakfast was over, even though it was their fault I had waited so long.

Up date to June 2025. I ordered lunch for my dad, grandson and myself. I told my grandson we get ice cream cones after we eat. We went to order, and two people ahead of us ( I think a manager) ask these customers if they wanted ice cream ( they said no) our turn - I asked for 3 ice cream cones. She looked us over - said sorry we have no ice cream. Needless to say I was a little upset - I said really? Everyone around us was shocked. She was rude. Was it racist - I think so because we were not her color or the color in front of us. Why couldn't she sell us the ice cream cones?
We have tried this place twice. First time they gave us burgers with no meat on them. The second attempt going through the drive through I wasn’t helped in the outside lane. They were sending cars through in the inside lane but didn’t help us. So I pulled forward to ask if the speaker was broken because I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone in this lane. The team member at the window yelled at me for asking what was going on. The best part about it was she had a manager tag on her shirt. How is that even remotely okay? Yelling at customers for attempting to get service is a great way for someone to never come here again. Highly recommend anywhere else but here.

I just visited this McDonald's location, and I was shocked to find out that their water pipes were down. That means no water for handwashing, which is both unsanitary and a major health violation especially in a food service environment. If employees can't properly wash their hands after using the bathroom or before handling food, that's putting every customer at risk.
Honestly, the store should have been shut down until the issue was fixed. I care about food safety and basic hygiene, and this was scary, disappointing, and unacceptable. Do better.
