But it was uncomfortably cold which made our food get colder faster as well.

I was disappointed with the service I received when ordering. When I asked for extra cheese and toppings, the staff seemed hesitant and I had to ask multiple times. I'm happy to pay extra for these additions, but it felt like a struggle to get them included in my order. I hope in the future, staff can be more accommodating.

Food is good. Atmosphere is nice. Person making the pizzas was pleasant. Tall guy (manager?) is a jerk. Unpleasant to deal with. Not very friendly.

We ordered a salad and 2 pizzas both were great. Love choosing what I want on the pie and in the salad.

Never again. $43 for two personal pizzas and a salad. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention my pizza wasn’t even cooked. The dough was raw and I had to cook it in my own oven at home.

It gets super busy here, but the service is just okay. The pizza from this MOD Pizza was just okay, too.
We bought pizza from there maybe five times and we have noticed more than once that their doors needed cleaning and their trash needed tamped down or emptying.

We had a great experience at MOD Pizza in Buckeye! Mathew took care of us and was super friendly, fast, and made sure everything was just right. He had a great attitude and made the whole visit feel welcoming. Our pizzas were fresh, delicious, and exactly how we ordered them. Shoutout to Mathew for the awesome service—we’ll definitely be back!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I ordered two pizzas for pickup, but instead of carefully inspecting each pizza and its toppings, they essentially gave us the same pizza twice. Both pizzas were lacking in the items we had requested. I suppose I’ll have to make the trip to Goodyear from now on.

He ran out of the toppings as he made the pizza and instead of restocking, he just stopped as if it was enough. A quarter of the pizza had almost no cheese. I’d rather go to Pizza Hut

Customer service was excellent!!! Couldn’t add extra stuff on the uber app. Called the place and they happily fixed it. Best salad I’ve had since I’ve been here. Fine job!!! Side note. AI answering service is annoying. Kinda takes the personal touch out of it.

No complaints. I'm torn between a 3 or 4 star. I really feel like 3.5 but I'll round up. It's nothing to write home about but for what it is it's a decent pie at a decent price. 13 bucks for a 11 inch any topping pizza isn't bad. I prefer the thick crust. It's not really thick but the regular crust is fairly thin. I've had the Caspian pizza a few times and I enjoy it. The post bake sauce you can put on is pretty cool. It's a fairly limited menu so not many toppings but a decent change from your traditional pizza options.
