I have to give 5 stars for my service experience. The day before my experience, I had purchased the summer fun pass. I had assumed that your points automatically reset every day. When I started playing games with my kids, I soon realized that we were already out of points. I spoke with a worker who was very knowledgeable and she advised that I would need to speak with an employee to have them manually add more points on every day. She promptly loaded our bands with points so that we can continue playing games. I was impressed that she knew the answer to my problem and she quickly resolved it.
The same day, my twins and I were getting a little thirsty so we were waiting in line to purchase a drink. Long story short my son and cut his leg pretty good on the railing. I was tending to his leg and I when I asked for a bandage the employee working was very quick and attentive and immediately assisted. He asked if there was anything else we needed and I let him know that we were looking for drinks and he immediately provided us with cups for drinks.
I was very impressed with how hard working and caring these employees were. It's rare you get that in places like Peter Piper nowadays.
My family and grandson really have,a great time. The staff is nice and efficent. Clean too
I have come in many times and the general manager that works there, her name is Sophia is never helpful and is rude most of the time. She also yells at employees in front of all the customers.
I had talked to a manager. Her name was Sophia. I had ask for help and just gave me attitude not a good manager at all.
Sophia, the manager yells at employees in front of customers instead of helping. I had asked for something and she just gave me attitude as well.
Sophia, the manager was unprofessional and doesn’t treat employees very well or customers
What brought me in today was that my son was given vouchers from his baseball little league to use at the restaurant but unfortunately they declined to redeem them due to the vouchers needed a scan code on them. Just disappointed when when you have the kid happy to get his little pizzas but was declined even after they asked the manager. I bought his little pizza. I just think little things like that managers that care about there customers should help out in some way. Not asking for much.
The 5 meat pizza was pretty good. Went mainly for the games for the kids and was very disappointed. Nearly any games and nearly any good ones at that, also every other game is out of order and the hokey machine kept taking credits even tho it wasn't starting so I think someone stole the hockey putt or its also broken. I remember when the games were fun now sadly they all suck, I suggest going to Fat Cats atleast double to triple the games and they got bowling, mini golf and a movie theater inside and the food wasn't bad at all.
Great place to relax with kiddos
Great time with my granddaughter.

Crazy that my family and I had to wait 1-2 hours for our cinnamon crunch dessert because they forgot. Guy in the red shirt assumed we were bothering him for the dessert for the buffet and had some attitude with my mother. Someone needs to train their whole crew to remember peoples orders .
It's a nice place to enjoy half a pizza and half a loaf of bread—just take a look at the picture! However, they took nearly an hour to serve the wings after the pizza was ready. I asked about them twice, but each time, they simply said they had forgotten about my order.
Not t bad of a place. Usually, they get orders out fast and fresh. The bad thing is the buzzer doesn't really work well, and sometimes they don't call you when your order is ready.
Parents also let their kids go crazy and throw basketball and other balls everywhere hitting other people.
Great place for fun & eats, but we just wanted dinner. Staff was friendly Pizza was ok , though it tasted like an upgraded frozen pizza.
Superbowl Sunday. They were fast, friendly, and courteous. The food was delicious, not too saucy, not too thick, just perfect.
