Gave us a buzzer to let us know pizza was ready. 45min wait with nobody in the place. We asked and they said it was ready for 10 min and cold. They could remake it??? Not great pizza so guess we will be looking forward a different place.

Note, it’s focus is clearly kids so go if you want to spend money on video games and such, but not for the pizza

Typically overstimulated arcade, perfect to let your kids free in. Pizza was decent, wings (would waste MY money again). Cant really mess up beer, id come back. Staff did their job but that's it. No customer service added ontop.

This past weekend we had a big birthday party here at 11 am. We asked if they can turn the TV on so we can watch the football game. We were told that if the TV is off, then it's broken. They were ALL off. So, I guess that ALL the TV'S at the Buckeye location are broken.

We went here last Thursday for my stepsons school fundraiser. My children had a blast! We spent $86 for two pepperoni pizzas, bread sticks, four drinks, one dippin dots, and 250 game points. I felt the price was reasonable considering how much we got. My kids also played in the “play park” for free. The staff here were so kind, even with how chaotic the place was. They were helpful and doing a great job at keeping the place clean. My kids didn’t want to leave so we stayed til near closing. I would definitely recommend coming here.

We've been to every PPP in AZ & this one has the best machines/games for little kids. It has a whole section just for them. The only complain I have is that they are all right next to the zombie game & if your little is scared of things like that, then they will most definitely not what to be in that area much. But the games are great. Only two machines weren't working. & Staff was great & helpful.

My family and I visited back in may (been debating about posting this review because I loved Peter piper growing up as a kid.) We visited on 5/4. Had a coupon and decided to use it since it was going to expire. More than 1/2 the games were down ( it’s understandable if a few were down but it was a majority of them.) It took awhile for the food to come out, not a big deal. However when we wanted a box to pack up the leftovers they gave my husband a used box! They did apologize but how does that happen? I’ve emailed corporate as well as the local manager but to no avail nothing has happened. It feels as if I’m going in circles just trying to get an answer. Very frustrated! 😡

The quality of the food and service, keeps declining, but prices keep going up, maybe, because some people abusing the food and drinks, not paying for it and taking way too much.

Our family frequently eats at Peter Piper in our city, and we love it. This location just didn't have the quality we are used to.

This location doesn't even deserve 1 star! We came to a bday celebration at this location & I will NEVER go again! The restrooms were filthy, no paper towels to dry our hands with, & 2 of the toilets were flooded. The jungle gym was not supervised thoroughly & when I brought it to the manager's(Anthony) attention he stated, someone will be there shortly. No professionalism at all. Some of the young workers there were helpful & courteous at least.

Good pizza and a wonderful bunch of employees. Fast cheap and fun for the family night out.

An unexpected, delightful experience.

It has been a while since I have been to your establishment because my kids are grown. I recently brought my niece and nephews to enjoy some Summer fun and it was better than I remember!

The overall ambiance and atmosphere were casual, family friendly, and very welcoming.

The food was on point and cooked to perfection. A little on the pricey end but I was able to take advantage of the Summer Pass! What a deal! (Impressive)

The new addition (jumping area) was great and kept the smaller kids occupied while allowing the older ones to play games, which was nice.

Staff - WOW! My first impression was Josi. So friendly and happy! She seemed very authentic. She is a natural because it takes a special someone to handle all of those kiddos. She got down to their level and knew just how to work with them. They walked away saying how awesome she was. Next shout out goes to your manager Desiree! It is not every day that a manager stops and talks with you just to make sure you are having the best experience possible. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, location, and everything to with Peter Piper Pizza. She offered recommendations on meals, parties, and did so without being overbearing. I felt very comfortable.

The service was speedy, and it was pretty busy at the time.

Overall, the experience was satisfying. Great value and would highly recommend.

I have to give 5 stars for my service experience. The day before my experience, I had purchased the summer fun pass. I had assumed that your points automatically reset every day. When I started playing games with my kids, I soon realized that we were already out of points. I spoke with a worker who was very knowledgeable and she advised that I would need to speak with an employee to have them manually add more points on every day. She promptly loaded our bands with points so that we can continue playing games. I was impressed that she knew the answer to my problem and she quickly resolved it.

The same day, my twins and I were getting a little thirsty so we were waiting in line to purchase a drink. Long story short my son and cut his leg pretty good on the railing. I was tending to his leg and I when I asked for a bandage the employee working was very quick and attentive and immediately assisted. He asked if there was anything else we needed and I let him know that we were looking for drinks and he immediately provided us with cups for drinks.

I was very impressed with how hard working and caring these employees were. It's rare you get that in places like Peter Piper nowadays.
