Ok, it's just disappointing. I used to LOVE Pizza Hut's personal pan pizzas. The crust was phenomenal! Now its truly flavorless. It reminds me of when bread sticks first came out at Pizza Hut in the late 70's (?) & they were absolutely wonderful! I gained 10 lbs because I couldn't stop eating them, but they changed the receipe on them & they have not been even remotely as good as they once were. The parallels are crazy similar & equally disappointing. In a world where prices are jacked up, while food quality goes down the drain, it would just be SO nice (& original) to remember how good food used to be & then strive for that again. The pizza was not horrible. The sauce & toppings were good. It was just that bland flavorless crust.

I ordered a large meat lovers online and it came to almost thirty dollars! I cancelled my order. I used to love Pizza Hut but thirty bucks for a fast food pizza is ridiculous.

No refund even if you order is incorrect!!! Store credit is the only option for incorrect order instead of refund? Horrible management!!!

The restaurant in buckeye, on mc85- this highly dissatisfied behavior was done by a “manager.” I was so disgusted. Not to mention my kids were with me. Watching how this young man behaved and treated their mother. I gave him no reason to treat me the way he did and I’m very very unlikely to return unfortunately. This act has been the very worst I’ve even been treated in public by a food service/ restaurant. I’m heartbroken that our small country town has turned into the crazy over grown city it is and that places that use to be like visiting home, where you use to feel welcome- are now just places we will pass on. We won’t be coming back, we will also write reviews on social platforms and local platforms-to be sure “Alex” and his awful behavior is mentioned - so that others might help is find respectful, courteous, and caring managers that understand how to speak on the phone, in person, and speak with kindness!
My full story: I pulled into the parking lot right next to a customer who was having their order delivered. as the delivery was finished i called out to the gentlemen '" excuse me sir. since you are out here can i just give you my name for my order, or would you prefer i call the store?" keeps walking away from me and shouts out "or you could get out of your truck and come inside."
i turned and looked at my kids like i didn't hear that right... i then pulled up the app. clicked on my order and then followed the directions. tapped call . the phone was finally answered after two attempts. the person who answered the phone was the same person that shouted at me in the pklot. he continued to be very difficult. telling my order wasn't found at his store, then as im speaking to him trying to give him my order info he put the phone down and walked away- i'm just talking now and his not there. then he picks the phone back up and says " yeah your order is here and ready" "come in and get it " i said " sir my order is a curbside order" and i began reading to him my email and the instructions i was provided and he cut me off and then said i was lying and im not a curbside order im a carry out order. then i was trying to make sure he had the right order, he then hung up on me. i was so upset and i had my kids as i mentioned they are all listening and soaking this into their minds- im trying to get myself together, and as i do he comes out with my order and says here i did you a favor since you cant get out of you truck and come in, my daughter opened the back seat door and he tossed it in and hussled back into the resturant as i was so upset with this i loudly asked " may i have your name please" he says "alex" and keeps going into the store. i then called the store and he answered i said calmly, "hi alex (i could tell it was the same boy i had been dealing with all night again) hi alex, may i please speak to your manager" he responds and says " ha i am the manager: i said " no way m your kidding" he said" yes im the acting manager today, have a nice night " and hung up.
i was missing food from my order and i was mistreated so badly. i didnt know what to do, i am currently waiting still to be contacted back by corporate?

The food tonight was excellent. The employees were awesome! The establishment was clean and tidy. The bathrooms needed very little cleaning, and the tables could use hot, soapy water, but all in all a great night out.

Pizza was so soggy that when we picked it up, it felt doughy and wet. Also, they said that they didn't have any kind of breadsticks to accommodate our order. We were also given options of a dessert, but they still continued to advise us that they were also out of a few of the options on the menu. The young lady was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience and assured us that they had someone new who was in the back. So the service was good, but keeping the cooler stocked seems to be an issue. This is the second time it has happened to me in a 2 month period.

The mini pizza combo box with wings is by far the worse I have ever had in my 48 years of life. Do better! People spend money and want delicious presentable service.
The pizza buffet was sthe worst two dry pizzas and bread sticks and a salad bar on the way out. No pastas nothing. The pizza is awful tasting

Went to enjoy some pizza after going trick or treating with the family(it’s a tradition). Georgia was rude from the start she came by and threw our straws down and set all the drinks on the edge of the booth. She brought all our food to go when we were there to dine in. When we kindly asked for forks and she handed us three for 5 of us claiming that was all she had. Georgia left an awful taste in our mouth. The gentleman that check us out is the only reason it’s not a 1 star ⭐️ review. Georgia please get a different job if you don’t enjoy yours. Do better.

Update : 10.11.24. Regular hand toss is very much thin with very little cheese , it is not ideal to reheat. The crust gets hard like a rock and warming it up in the microwave make it burn , thin cheese does not heat in microwave just burns , the dough is different the cheese and sauce is different from a few months back time for another pizza spot Update : 09.26.2024. Must be under new management because the pizza is horrible now always there a mistake and they do not give refund just credits
