Walked in, bad customer service was horrible. Waited at the counter for 5-7 minutes, then was approached by a worker. I ordered my food and had another order. I was questioned why I didnât put the order together when obviously it was 2 separate orders. The workers were giving attitude, and my order was incorrect.
My family has gotten pizza here quite a few times as our take out treat and honestly it's kind of disappointing every time. I'm normally a Pizza Hut purist and the actual quality of the pizza itself is fine (ie the dough/cheese/sauce is what you'd expect from Pizza Huts anywhere) but the topping quality is soooo bad.
Between ordering different single topping pineapple, tomato, and olives pizzas on different trips, all of them are so light on toppings and the quality is awful on all three (wilty, small). I've literally had mediums where multiple slices didn't have any toppings at all they're so barely topped. The pepperoni pizzas come out looking fine, but anything else looks like it was made on their last half a handful of whatever they had in the back. It's kind of depressing.
If you order here, stick to either just pepperoni and cheese I guess. For anyone else (especially those who need veggie or fruit pizza for dietary restriction) you'll get way tastier and better pizzas over at Papa John's nearby.

I ordered the delux deal with two pizzas, one extra cheese medium pizza and a large(I upcharged for a large) tavern style half pepperoni and half ground beef pizza garlic parm wings(16 count upcharge) and cinnamon bread sticks. The wings and cinnamon sticks were correct but we recieved a small/medium pepperoni pizza and a medium pepperoni, pepper, onion, and sausage pizza and to top it off they were basically cold and stale. So I called and I was told the manager would call me back tonight because I made it known that my children wonât eat this after a long day of traveling I then still had to make dinner for my kiddos when we just wanted to enjoy the evening with tasty pizza but they didnât like any of it. I still havenât had a call back itâs 9pm and my whole family is in bed for the night. Thanks a lot I shouldâve ordered from papa Johnâs.

I had stopped going to this particular location because the food preparation was horrible. I tried them again last night for the first time in probably a year or so and I must admit the food was awesome. Definitely had someone working last night that actually cared. Best pizza and wings I ever got from Pizza Hut period. Food was hot and prepared to satisfaction. Maybe they have new employees or management now. Thanks for a good experience.

Horrible experience the pizza tasted so bland. We had to put it back in the oven the pizza was done before the time it said that it was going to be done which is no problem. However every since this pizza warmer crap came out all these pizza places think it's a good idea to make the pizzas and place them in the warmer very terrifying it makes the pizza to like it's just been sitting. The crust was nasty, one of the items we had was a one topping Pepperoni pizza that looked like the Pepperoni ran off the pizza,the pasta was dry and the bread sticks were drum sticks (HARD). Very disappointing and a waste of money. đĄđĄ
Stopped ordering from pizzahut for awhile now they really have fallen so hard with the food being waaaay to overpriced and quality being more horrible than that of a the worst little ceasers, donât waste your money with this place anymore for the price and better quality pizza just go to Barroâs plus pizzahut doesnât do anymore on their app so donât bother

Saw their ad for an 8" pizza for $7 so I went in. The actual deal is 2 pizzas for $14. I feel lied to. I'm a single person and I don't need 2 pizzas. Sofa king wrong....

The Pizza Hut pizza buffet is pathetic. The restaurant is a filthy mess and the floor seems like it may have been mopped with sugar water - it was so sticky. We got there at 12:45 on a Friday, They had less than one pizza on the Buffet, most of the Salad toppings were empty. There were three employees âworkingâ or more like standing around who all looked like they could use a shower. Disgusting. This was our second trip to the pizza buffet (we went soon after they remodeled) same horrible service, same filthy place, same day old food. Donât go there! They are in desperate need of NEW management and new employees who want to work with the public! We Will Not Be Back! EVER!
