I was very disappointed with my experience here due to the poor customer service. When I called to check on my order, I was informed that it had been ready for “a while” in a dismissive tone, even though I called just 15 minutes after placing it—the suggested time it would be ready. Upon arriving, I greeted the staff politely, saying, “Hello, how are you doing tonight?” but was completely ignored and met with an unfriendly demeanor.
When I thanked the staff member after receiving my order, she again ignored me entirely. Despite my efforts to be courteous, her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Tipping is a gesture of appreciation for good service, and in this case, there was none to acknowledge. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment unless the staff undergo proper customer service training.

Never received order and was treated awful. Paid for an order but never received. The location on West Indian School Rd in Buckeye told me that it would be ready in 10 minutes went there and they said didn't have my order sent me to Goodyear they didn't know what I was talking about went back to Indian School location and they were closed at 9:30PM so paid for pizza never received and was treated awful. Wouldn't credit me back said I had to call Corporate.

Food is always hot guy running the front is friendly.
This was my first time at this location. Had dog with me so ordered curbside. No reserved parking so had to park way out and walk in. No instructions for curbside just that I ordered it. Asked owner and was told “use app I can’t help you”. To top it off pizza was undercooked. Location is way more convenient for me than other options but I won’t be back.
Parking: No dedicated curbside. Busy parking lot. Difficult to get in and out.

They gave me the wrong full melt gave me the chicken ? ? bacon I ordered meat lovers, the pizza was correct a hand tossed pepperoni. Just wish they gave me the first item right my first time trying it and so tired I just said heck with it I'm eat it still yummy but for the first time here and messing up my order ? after a long days drive sucks haha I came from good reviews to get punished I guess.
We ordered carry out and before I could even unpack my order, I had a missed call and then another call from the manager Zack at Pizza Hut… He had realize there was a problem with my order even before I did, and called to make it right he even went as far as to offered to bring it to my house. I told him it was no problem for me to go grab it. I really want to recognize him because this is a quality that is so lost today and you don’t see businesses taking accountability, for when they make a mistake and making it right without anybody having to say anything five stars for Zach alone he did awesome! The food was good too!!

Worse place to order apparently you have to tell them that your promo pic says 12 dollar large pizza.its there freaking sale they have advertised for sake. Yet if you order and don't tell them they will charge you 20 dollars for a large pizza then say " I know that's what the deal is but because you didn't tell us you have to pay original price". We're not allowed to change anything it's store policy. Never order from a bunch of theiving liars and putting up false ads on line. Bunch of scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever encountered! (And I will note on more than one occasion after giving them the benefit of the doubt) Jay or James is the individual providing the completely unprofessional ultimately very rude service! After 3 separate instances where this individual flat out refused to provide assistance 1.Simply take an order via phone....demanding we place online or call back and press 1 to get connected to their call center (I explained call center transferred me because their system was down) I was left with a loud audible "UGGGHHHH of course" fine what do you want?? 2. Requested a Well Done pizza with his flat out refusal again said NO we don't do that during our dinner order time frame.3. Requested no Cheese on my lactose intolerant daughters pasta and also said we don't do that! When we have in fact ordered that way for years with no issue. It is clear this individual has no drive to provide families with a satisfying meal or experience. Pizza Hut I respectfully request you evaluate who you have working for you. I will be ordering from our next closest location!
