Food is always good, and the general manager turned a disappointing visit into great redemption when she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I ordered. Very happy overall with the service and I look forward to ordering more as I’m new to the area.

We went at least twice when this Pizza Hut in Verrado was new.
We liked the pizza, the toppings, the sauce, most everything. It tasted nice and fresh and of good quality.
Something seemed to quickly change, to where, within a matter of a few short months, ordering breadsticks or pizza from this location tasted like old grease.
We were sad to see the quality go downhill so quickly especially in such a short amount of time.

I am a disabled Cancer patient. I was parked out front of the shopping center in disabled parking. The owner or manager (I'm not sure who he is, but he did say he hires a bunch of kids..so I'm assuming it was one of those. It was a big, bald, white man) came and knocked on my car window and threatened to call the cops on me bc his non-disabled delivery drivers said something to him about me being parked there... In a spot that they are not legally allowed to park. Don't let me forget to mention that THEY HAVE A DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE FOR THEIR DRIVERS AND THERE WAS A BIG GUY ON A MOTORCYCLE PARKED IN THEIR DRIVER PICK-UP SPACE FOR AN HOUR! He did not say one word to him and when the man offered to move he was like oh, no! It's OK! So it's ok to harass a disabled woman but not a big biker guy? He should be ashamed!

I was very disappointed with my experience here due to the poor customer service. When I called to check on my order, I was informed that it had been ready for “a while” in a dismissive tone, even though I called just 15 minutes after placing it—the suggested time it would be ready. Upon arriving, I greeted the staff politely, saying, “Hello, how are you doing tonight?” but was completely ignored and met with an unfriendly demeanor.
When I thanked the staff member after receiving my order, she again ignored me entirely. Despite my efforts to be courteous, her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Tipping is a gesture of appreciation for good service, and in this case, there was none to acknowledge. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment unless the staff undergo proper customer service training.

Never received order and was treated awful. Paid for an order but never received. The location on West Indian School Rd in Buckeye told me that it would be ready in 10 minutes went there and they said didn't have my order sent me to Goodyear they didn't know what I was talking about went back to Indian School location and they were closed at 9:30PM so paid for pizza never received and was treated awful. Wouldn't credit me back said I had to call Corporate.
This was my first time at this location. Had dog with me so ordered curbside. No reserved parking so had to park way out and walk in. No instructions for curbside just that I ordered it. Asked owner and was told “use app I can’t help you”. To top it off pizza was undercooked. Location is way more convenient for me than other options but I won’t be back.
Parking: No dedicated curbside. Busy parking lot. Difficult to get in and out.

They gave me the wrong full melt gave me the chicken ? ? bacon I ordered meat lovers, the pizza was correct a hand tossed pepperoni. Just wish they gave me the first item right my first time trying it and so tired I just said heck with it I'm eat it still yummy but for the first time here and messing up my order ? after a long days drive sucks haha I came from good reviews to get punished I guess.
