Rooftop on Miller

It is not very easy these days to find a place to eat that has it all. I am not fond of chain food restaurants and avoid them so Rooftop on Miller is a great find. I am a very picky eater and was very accommodated. The margaritas and appetizers were delicious and half priced since it was happy hour. I shared a salad with my husband, which was enough for 3 people. The dinner entrees were good in size also. Dessert was homemade and not something brought in and previously frozen. All of the food is hand crafted with a unique twist. The service was great and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the meal.

I had the mozzarella chicken and it was good. I think it would be better if the chicken was on the bottom then the onions and peppers with the cheese on top instead of the bottom where it's burnt.

This is the second time visiting this restaurant. Both times were disappointing. This time I had the grilled buffalo chicken sandwich. The chicken looked like it was was a frozen, pre cooked breast. It was so small that it was half the size of the bun it was on. It was barely dipped in buffalo sauce. It was tough and dry. My husband had the same thing with identical results. We took the chicken off the bun and ate that since we don't like to waste meat. We mentioned this to the waitress (not to have it taken off our bill since we ate it). We wanted the kitchen to know how disappointing this sandwich is. The waitress ended up taking both meals off the bill. My husband enjoys every other meal he has eaten here. He will definitely be back because he likes the burgers. I won't be back as there are too many other restaurants I'd rather eat at.

Dont get me wrong food is good. But when they make a mistake the Manager does not take accountability! Makeds nothing but excuses and cant admit he is wrong! Then he wants to argue with the customer! Laughs about the situtation and then retracts his statement! He should not be a manager! No customer skills at all! We were n9t asking for a refund or anything free. Just to correct the food error! Shame this was a good place. Well never coming here again!!

First time diners. We went in were seated immediately. Then ignored. Finally ordered drinks and then ignored. Finally ordered food. The food came out in perfect time. Food was amazing. Couldn't get refills. There definitely a service issue. My child accidentally spilled his drink all over. Manager walked by and offered no assistance. We actually had to raise our voices to get help. They threw a towel on the floor and that was all the assistance we finally got. When I talked to manager all that was said was they were busy. Im sorry that's a poor excuse for poor service.

Been coming here for over 10 years and have never had a bad meal. Worst meal ever here today. Have had the BBQ ribs plenty of time. Today I decided to try the pulled pork sandwich, figured the BBQ sauce would be the same. Wrong the pull pork sandwich was ridiculously hot. Nothing on the menu indicated that it was any different than the ribs sauce. Didn’t eat half of the sandwich. Make sure you want hot on the pulled pork.
