Very disappointing visit today. We order in advance from the app and getting there, we had to try multiple stalls that kept rejecting on the system so we gave up and went to the drive thru, pretty pretty slow line but whatever. Getting our order that only had drinks and ice cream and was so off. I order 3 waters, 2 of them were route 44 and small one and neither of them had any flavor even if we add extra on them. We are not even drinking them, they had such a bad taste. Definetly not coming back to this location ever!
The world's slowest and I mean slowest I've ever seen. Took over 15 minutes to order and 20 to get my order. They are very understaffed and just laziness. They need a whole new makeover.
This sonic sucks the worst service ever
Not only did I sit waiting for my drive thru order forever, but this is what I came home to. A bunch of burnt chicken. Terrible
Went to sonic on July 18 in the evening, it took a long long time for them to take my order and even longer time to get my order. And once we got our order, the ice cream was all melted and our drinks tasted like if it was dirty!
BRO GET THE SAUCES RIGHT!! If I ask for ranch with my cheese sticks GIVE ME RANCH! Stop sneaking in or not paying attention and giving me marinara. It’s EVERY TIME I come through. The cheese sticks are bomb but it gets hella tiring having to double check everytime.
Service is great and timely for dinner and lunch time. Easy menu to read with awesome drink options. The deals they offer make it affordable.

I've been to this location 3 times and have successfully ordered food one time... the first time they refused to take my order because they "were closed" when they weren't... the second time my order was wrong... tonight I went to this location, they cleared my order, as I was ordering, then shut the intercom off... I reattempted to order, the person taking my order wasn't even listening to my order because he repeated the order completely wrong... when I said to cancel my order and that i was good the person just pretty much laughed and said okay... do yourself a favor and go elsewhere... I wish I could give negative stars for this place

I went to this location and order a mobile order. Which was 4pk of mozzarella sticks and a route 44 cherry limeade. I was there for almost an hr waiting for my pickup. I call the store 7 time and no answer. They only had one carhop person and he was new. Now it was not his fault as u could clearly see he is new and is trying however have no help nor guidance. He was literally everytime he got an order going up to each vehicle asking if theygot what was on the receipt he had. I did ask for a manager and the guy with a beard came out and i explained how long been here and that the poor employee clearly need help and shouldn’t be out by himself yet and should still have someone train him. The manger basically told me not his problem. He also refuse to give me a number to his boss. I then had to call another location explain the situation and they gave me the regional manger number which I call and left a voicemail. Which then I received a phone call from the general manager I think. He basically apologized multiple times and ended up calling the manager and then not even 10min later I got my order.
My point is I shouldn’t have had to call another store and regional manger just to get my food. This is the worst location ever, it took over an hr to get my food and it was literally 2 items.

I ordered through doordash twice, first time I received everything but mozzarella sticks and tenders. Got a refund and reordered those items and added extra. I again did recieve the mozzarella sticks and appears the drink that came wasnt completely filled either.

I had an extremely disappointing experience today. The wait time was incredibly long, and the service was worse than I've ever encountered. We were assisted by Karina, who initially forgot our chicken and second order of tater tots. We decided to just come back and let them know. However, when we returned to the window, Karina seemed to assume we didn't speak Spanish and proceeded to ask her co-workers in Spanish, "Should I just tell her no?" before abruptly closing the window. Eventually, she returned with a bag containing the chicken but had swapped the tater tots for fries instead. This experience was not only frustrating but also unprofessional, and I left feeling completely dissatisfied.

Did not honor their in-app deals when their app is broken and appears to have been broken for months for thousands of people if not more. Attempting to pay results in an “error.” They told me it was an online only deal but their online app doesn’t work. It’s a catch-22.

On my recent visit to Sonic at this location I only ordered a drink. I ordered a strawberry limeade with extra strawberry and light ice. Unfortunately at other sonics this is an order that is not always made properly but here the drink was made perfectly. The service was fast and friendly.
