It's been every time I've ordered though Door Dash, I had the worst experience ever... Either order was incorrect or took to long for the Dasher to get the order... Last night I took 1 hour and a half for anything to happen, so I canceled the order and decided to drive out there myself... Yes, there were a lot of people, but I know when I ordered and they took forever to get my order, I actually had to go up to the young manager to complain after 30 minutes of waiting and then waited another 10 minutes... That's one place I'll never go again...

Horrible service. They had my husband and I waiting at a stall for 30 minutes after we ordered then when we pressed the button to see how much longer it would be, they said they’re bringing it out now but then made us wait another 10 minutes to still not be served meanwhile other people who showed up after us, parked got their food and left while we wait. Horrible service. Never going there again.

Worst service i have ever experienced. Placed an order through the app and paid. Have the receipt. Waited 15 mins and heard nothing. Finally got ahold of an employee and they rudely told us they never received our order even though we showed them on the phone the receipt and they rudely told us that there was nothing they could do so we were just out the money for our order and never received the order, spoke to the manager, who was even more rude. Worst Sonic ever, do not recommend

Waited over 5 minutes for someone to answer the button, the guy took our order. We sat at the stall and waited for 20 minutes for three drinks. We pushed the button to get an update on our order…. They didn’t even have it.. I don’t know how you take our order, and then just “don’t have it.” I made my fiance pull into a stall because the drive through usually takes forever. Jokes on me lol.

Update: re put in our order. Waited another 25 minutes. Still no drinks. I understand if they are short staffed or something, but we literally just wasted almost an hour.. sitting at a sonic stall waiting for two milkshakes and a slushie. We just left without getting our order because I couldn’t take it anymore.

I give them absolutely 0 stars!!! After pushing the button we waited 10 minutes before anyone even spoke spoke to us. We ordered 2 meals (simple) and then waited 30 minutes. I finally got out of the car to go find out what's taking so long and was met by someone with a receipt. I asked what's taking so long we've been waiting for 30 minutes. He proceeded to tell me that the food was ready he just needed to get paid first. I asked why didnt he bring out the food like usual and then take my card to go get payment
He said they've never done that and proceeded to argue with me. So we left... now not only did they loose business but they had to waste food and drink. And lost money. Absolutely horrible experience!!!

I visited this Sonic in Buckeye on 9/27/25 and placed an order of about $40 while parked with my family. We waited 45 minutes with no updates or service, even though several other cars were also waiting. I pressed the service button multiple times—no response. I even got out of my car twice, but no one came out or acknowledged us.

There were three employees working, and while the drive-thru moved slowly, the parked customers were completely ignored. After four attempts to get someone’s attention, we finally left without our food. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had at any Sonic.

And Sonic, please don’t reply with the same generic message asking to “escalate to the franchise owner.” This location clearly has a serious ongoing service problem—just look at the other reviews. Why not take action and file complaints on behalf of all these customers? People post reviews like this to warn others not to waste their time or money.

This franchise is making Sonic as a brand look bad, and it’s disappointing that such poor service continues unchecked.
