The employees at this Starbucks work very hard and very fast. They are a very busy store and they try hard. I got a sugar cookie latte and it was made perfect.

Ive never had the difficult life of a barista, but I dont understand why my coffees and matcha were so shitty. My matcha was clumsy, not mixed well. And my oatmilk lattes weren't even full? Why is there a solid inch of ice. I know when I mix drinks I make sure theyre something I would enjoy.

Elianna made my 4 drinks today. She was very friendly and greeted me when I came up to the register. She helped me with one of my drinks that I had a question about. I've been here many times and always want her to make my drink. Because I know it will be done right. She did a great job!

I love the staff at this location. They are the best.
I pay extra to get no water, extra strawberry acai base and they seem to get bothered. They add extra ice to make up for that no water. I take 3 sips and it’s gone, literally. One time I was watching them make my drink and they added water, they remade it and it was fine, but I’m not always there watching. I don’t mind paying, but do it right. I’m a frequent customer, but I’ll have to go to a different location from now on.
I’m not sure of the girls name, she’s a little short and speaks with a slight lisp. I come through Starbucks solely for the convenience of it on the way to work and this girl has an attitude problem. She audibly sighed when I handed her my phone for my order and was super rude. Enough to call herself out and apologize but not enough to stop with the attitude. I wanted to walk away or request to have someone else take my order. She ruined the experience and the manager should talk to her about her customer service.

Ordered a dollar cinnamon dolce latte, it tastes like espresso and milk. I asked for nonfat milk and saw them pore 2% milk. I was in a hurry so I just took my coffee and left.
The staff definitely needs more training… The greeting of it’s going to be a few minutes when nobody’s in line. It’s a little weird…and not to have coffee when you’re at a coffee shop Makes it even weirder….. They said their breaker was broken and had no alternative. When I asked for a pour over, they rolled their eyes and said we don’t have any dark roast beans.

Extremely slow service. They are mostly ignoring customers that are waiting to order.
Slowest service ever! Waited over 25 mins for a drink that said would be ready in 4-7 mins online. All the employees are super slow and have an attitude

So sad. My mother is in stage 4 of her cancer battle. We have been enjoying coffee and lunch dates during the week while she is well enough now and thought we could possibly make this place our "go to" spot for coffee. We will unfortunately not be back. Dakota seemed extremely rude or agitated before we even ordered and scolded us for standing behind only one person in line and apparently we were on the other side of him and she said "You guys need to move over to the other side, that's not where you stand in line to order move over" there was no line, it was one person and nobody behind us and he was actually done ordering 🤦🏼♀️ After we received our coffee and sat and chatted, my mother asked for a cup of water after we were done. Dakota scolded her and said "if you wanted water you should have ordered it with your coffee" my mother was shocked and said she didn't realize she wanted any until she finished her coffee and said sorry I didn't know I needed any, I'll pay for it but the water was slammed down on the counter with a nasty look. Ok that's disgusting behavior. Who the heck talk's to people like that? In no way were we rude or deserved to be talked to like we're dumb idiots or something. Dakota doesn't seem to like her job, and her manager that I called was apologetic but ended up saying "well she's just like that" ya probably because she's being allowed to treat people that way because nothing gets done about it! We will be finding a new spot, I'm sad that we don't deserve at the very least 'decent' service.
