Why does this Starbucks have constant problems getting drinks out in time. We went this AM and we could see our labels not moving. Our order was supposed to be ready at 11:05, at 11:20 I told an employee that our drinks had not moved in the queue. She moved them and the employees continued to focus on drive drinks. We bailed on our order at 11:35. Walked out without our drinks bc we couldn’t wait any longer. This is at least the third time, we have done that. My daughter...read full review

I was a little annoyed that the inside was closed, however outside is still open, love the environment

Overall, visits have been pleasant, and the staff is friendly. Customers have enjoyed the new Fireworks drink, a Fourth of July special with Boba, strawberry cream foam, and a flavor reminiscent of a bomb pop.
Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff now manages the crowd well, and wait times have significantly decreased, making visits more enjoyable. One staff member, Jesse, is especially praised for staying kind, upbeat, and professional even during busy times, and for handling difficult customers with grace. However, some customers find it frustrating that there are no changing tables in the bathrooms, forcing them to go back out to the car to change their children, which can be very inconvenient.
