This morning my husband ordered a hot Pike Place Roast and was served a coffee that was extremely diluted — it tasted like hot water with barely any coffee. We returned it and clearly asked again for a hot Pike Place, yet we were given a completely different roast.
After drinking it, we experienced stomach irritation, burning, and gastrointestinal discomfort. It was bad enough that we ended up throwing the coffee away.
We are regular customers at this location, and this has happened multiple times. There is a serious issue with consistency, quality control, and attention to customer orders. When a specific roast is ordered, that is exactly what should be served.
Very disappointed with the repeated lack of care and inconsistency.

Busy location with a full staff lacking kindness; instead offering robotic and rude communication skills.
In addition, my order was wrong (I went inside to order), and one item (Grande Dark Roast Coffee) of five items in total, was given to me spilling over the top.
I was left to clean the overfilled dark roast coffee, and ask for another cup and top.
$25 for what?
Staggering item delivery, bad service, messy preparation, and lacking customer service care.
I felt like I was bothering them to ask for napkins to clean my hands 🙌 f the spilling coffee, and for another cup to transfer and clean up a mess from an overfilled coffee before even leaving the pick up counter.
I had to ask for a side of half and half which I requested at the register. My presence seemed to bother the woman handing out orders.
I also received the wrong latte for my second drink (Grande instead of Vente) and had to wait even longer.
Lastly, I requested forks and the woman handing out orders set them two inches away from my extended hand, instead of handing them to me.

Jesse was absolutely wonderful during my visit! The store was incredibly busy, but he stayed kind, upbeat, and full of energy the entire time. He worked hard to keep things running smoothly and made sure every customer felt taken care of. I was especially impressed with how gracefully he handled a rude customer—remaining calm, professional, and friendly throughout the interaction. Jesse’s positivity and work ethic really stood out and made my experience so much better. Starbucks is lucky to have him on the team!

Ordered a matcha latte with less sweetener and an extra scoop of matcha ($1) that had less matcha than usual, which was obvious by the color of the drink. Disappointed to be paying extra for the matcha but not actually receiving it.
Don’t know why I keep going back for my half filled grande (never full) and today my sandwich took for ever. Once I got it, it was still cold and chicken was slimy. Now I’m sick to my stomach in less than 3 hours. Vomiting and with the runs. Thanks Starbucks for ruining my first Saturday off in 8 months.
