Why does this location take so long? I have been to so many Starbucks across the country and this is by far the slowest location I've ever been to. It doesn't matter if it's drive thru or pickup, expect to wait at least 20 - 30 mins everytime. And on top of it, the baristas can be pretty rude too. Just a bad experience most times. I won't go here anymore, I'll just drive a little further to the Cotton location or just go to Dutch or Black Rock now.

If there was an option for 0 stars they DEFINITELY deserve it. 1 is too much for this Horrible location. Not only is the store very Dirty but they are Out of Stock on Most of their Items. They have the WORST Employees with Extremely Bad Customer Service. Came out to enjoy a Family evening placed an Order for 7 drinks and a few cake pops only to get mistreated by the Employees saying we could not enjoy our food because they wanted to "Go home early" its clear on the glass door they CLOSE AT 10:30 PM but they mentioned they dont follow those hours and they make up their own and because they wanted to go home already they said and I Quote " YOU HAVE A CAR GO SIT IN YOUR CAR" they chose to Bully My Children and ruin a family moment with there Horrible Character and awful worth ethic and I must mention we requested the Manager Multiple times and they said she didnt want to come out because she was sitting in the back and was too tired. These employees are really going to run this location to the ground. We will definitely be filing a report. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
Website says they close at 10:30pm wife and I have gone around 10:00/10:15 and they were closed we sat at drive through waiting for 10/15 minutes then decided to leave as we drove to pass the window sure enough they were closed has happened a couple of times we like to get a Starbucks on our way home

Worst drive through ever, I don’t know of any other drive through that takes so long. It’s always been like this too. Something is definitely wrong. I don’t blame the employees though. Usually when something is wrong like this it’s the management.
Horrible service a bunch of high school kids with no hygiene flies everywhere. And still have an attitude. Expect your drink to be made with the lack of effort and horrible taste

Worst location I've ever been to in the entire United States. I'm driving the extra 8miles to Indian Rd from now on.

One of the worst locations. I truly avoid this location because they have horrible service. Their Wait time is always way too long. They never seem to get my drink right. i usually drive an extra 7 miles to a better location passing this location when possible. Today I was forced to come here because the fry’s location didn’t have my drink and Estrella has their exit closed. So I order ahead just for them to close their lobby for mobile orders. Meaning you have to go to the drive thru to pick up your order. If I wanted to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru I wouldn’t have ordered ahead. I truly hate this location.

Many times the dining room is closed. Only drive thru. It’s never consistent here I can never rely on them being open inside, wish I knew before I ordered on app. I would go to a different location if I can find out if dining room is closed. I call they don’t answer. Good people but either dining room closed or restrooms closed. Take out is reliable. Why only here in our location?
