Ordered a matcha latte with less sweetener and an extra scoop of matcha ($1) that had less matcha than usual, which was obvious by the color of the drink. Disappointed to be paying extra for the matcha but not actually receiving it.
Food is microwaved from frozen otger than the baked items which are pre packaged.
Service is always as helpful as they possible. During a rush there is no way for them to help you after you order unless your in line again.
Atmospere is hectic. Im not sure how people work on school work here. It is so loud.

Hands down the best starbucks experience I've had. They were so busy but so friendly and on top of everything. They had a great flow and system going. Greeted everyone enthusiastically even with the busy and it all tasted great!
