Jesse was absolutely wonderful during my visit! The store was incredibly busy, but he stayed kind, upbeat, and full of energy the entire time. He worked hard to keep things running smoothly and made sure every customer felt taken care of. I was especially impressed with how gracefully he handled a rude customer—remaining calm, professional, and friendly throughout the interaction. Ordered a matcha latte with less sweetener and an extra scoop of matcha ($1) that had less matcha than usual, which was obvious by the color of the drink. Disappointed to be paying extra for the matcha but not actually receiving it.
