This Starbucks is by far one of the worst I have ever experienced. I recently moved to buckeye from Phoenix and this is the only location remotely close by. Every single time I have been here the staff has been extremely rude. I have never been greeted by the staff, they have never shown any kind of courtesy to any customers. I have been here many times and it’s the same horrible service each time. I really hope Starbucks does something about this store. It is making Starbucks look really bad. I miss my phoenix location more than ever.

This location does not hold up to the brand name. Staff were incredibly unfriendly. Did not greet customers and did not have a friendly attitude. Multiple customers were confused on where their drinks were because staff wouldn't call out names or you could hardly hear. This resulted in people having to pick up other people's drinks to check. Drinks cups were covered in coffee as they didn't wipe the bottoms. I got in around 9:10am and they had no cold brew. I ended up getting an almond milk sugar cookie latte and it tasted like burnt coffee. Starbucks is expensive and I pay for great coffee and great service that they are known for. I always leave happy and this was a bad experience for me and others.

Every time I go into this starbucks, which is very often, I have a bad experience. Either my drink is made so horribly, or the service is horrible. The workers are so rude. I didn’t even begin speaking to the woman, and she had nothing but attitude. I have never gone into this location and had a good experience.

very hard working I feel bad that they get treated so badly by entitled customers the o only reason they look like the dint want to be there is because customers keep screaming at them a deak they ordered 1 minute ago and they don't understand that there is hundreds of orders coming in from mobile and in person and they can only make so many drinks at a time

This location of employees are always rude at starbucks i don’t know what it is but this time i really gave it to MIA because the girl was extremely rude, no personality, no smile, zero customer service skills. She was acting like she was hungry and tired of being there. I will never return to this location AGAIN because it was a year since i had been there for that reason. Go find a job you will enjoy Mia because this ain’t it. I hope the complaint i filed on you with frys puts you in your place!

I come here a lot, but lately this people in Starbucks be stingy and making Starbucks drinks horrible. Is not like we get it for free, I have to correct them a lot, they don’t like and is it uncomfortable.I understand it is a franchise, but dam get some training on making REAL STARBUCKS DRINK.So I rather go to a real one where CS is better. If they mess up on drink they fix it with care.
Me and my lady come to this spot often and they always greet us with a smile and make us feel so welcome! It’s really heart warming to feel so welcomed but today really just sold it for my FAVORITE spot! I believe it’s “laser” but I’m not sure as I couldn’t the name tag well but was working all alone and had many orders to take. It was awesome to see he was still smiling and chopping it up with us! Felt so bad as apparently all his coworkers called off for the morning. He got our order done so fast and was just awesome, one of our favorite baristas! It was sad to see that his co workers left him hanging but dude for sure deserves a pay raise!

My boyfriend and I are regulars here and the staff is always super friendly, two certain people in particular. This morning we went and noticed one of our favorite baristas was working ALONE??? His attitude was still very positive but it’s just lame and very unprofessional to leave him hanging like that. We spoke to him and he wasn’t even supposed to be working that morning. He needs a raise!

Hagen was trash, the service was terrible, was served half blended coffee and waited 25 minutes for it. When asked for a refund we were given attitude and told our coffee will be out in a minute. Definitely need to re train your staff on customer service.
