I accidentally placed an online order for a different location while grocery shopping, and the baristas, after seeing me waiting awhile, asked for my name and ended up making the order for me even though it was my mistake. I am so appreciative!

I get a different experience every time I come here, it's either the baristas greet me and are very sweet, or they don't greet me and are kind of rude, almost like they don't wanna be there. What breaks my heart though is their white mochas. White mochas are my signature drink every time, I don't know why my white mocha always tastes weird and completely different when I get them from this specific location :( I've never had a problem with anything else on the menu though, very great atmosphere and drinks.

This is a great example of how energy flows from the top down. Clearly Management is not concerned about customer service and is more interested in Starbucks profits. I don’t mind paying for water if an establishment wants. I also understand Starbucks at grocery stores charge for the cup. (Completely understandable) this Starbucks however has employees. Fearing that they will lose their job if they sell a cup of water? She said she would get fired for selling me and my son 2 cups of water.!? I thought that was odd, I was more than happy to pay, the first Starbucks I’ve ever been to that wouldn’t sell or give water. To me no. If deal whatever moved in with the day. I thought this was just a great example of why it’s important to have people at the top fully grasp what there doing and how they act in front of their employees.

There a lady here that’s takes order with glasses let me tell you she takes one order and then leaves I been waiting here what is this way? I didn’t even order. I was there since 730 and barely got my drinks. 30 minutes just for two drinks. It’s crazy.

Was not greeted and just stared at when ordering even after greeting the cashier. Ordered an iced venti match latte. Tasted like just water with matcha and a quarter of my drink was missing. As I was walking away,one of the staff members stated they couldn't stand being there anymore.

I ordered two chocolate milks for my young kids and didn't realize until they'd had about half of it that it was a mocha. The lady who took our order saw we had kids and we ordered two drinks for ourselves. I don't understand where the disconnection happened, but I wondered why the total felt like it was for four specialty drinks.

This Starbucks is by far one of the worst I have ever experienced. I recently moved to buckeye from Phoenix and this is the only location remotely close by. Every single time I have been here the staff has been extremely rude. I have never been greeted by the staff, they have never shown any kind of courtesy to any customers. I have been here many times and it’s the same horrible service each time. I really hope Starbucks does something about this store. It is making Starbucks look really bad. I miss my phoenix location more than ever.
This location does not hold up to the brand name. Staff were incredibly unfriendly. Did not greet customers and did not have a friendly attitude. Multiple customers were confused on where their drinks were because staff wouldn't call out names or you could hardly hear. This resulted in people having to pick up other people's drinks to check. Drinks cups were covered in coffee as they didn't wipe the bottoms. I got in around 9:10am and they had no cold brew. I ended up getting an almond milk sugar cookie latte and it tasted like burnt coffee. Starbucks is expensive and I pay for great coffee and great service that they are known for. I always leave happy and this was a bad experience for me and others.

Every time I go into this starbucks, which is very often, I have a bad experience. Either my drink is made so horribly, or the service is horrible. The workers are so rude. I didn’t even begin speaking to the woman, and she had nothing but attitude. I have never gone into this location and had a good experience.

very hard working I feel bad that they get treated so badly by entitled customers the o only reason they look like the dint want to be there is because customers keep screaming at them a deak they ordered 1 minute ago and they don't understand that there is hundreds of orders coming in from mobile and in person and they can only make so many drinks at a time

This location of employees are always rude at starbucks i don’t know what it is but this time i really gave it to MIA because the girl was extremely rude, no personality, no smile, zero customer service skills. She was acting like she was hungry and tired of being there. I will never return to this location AGAIN because it was a year since i had been there for that reason. Go find a job you will enjoy Mia because this ain’t it. I hope the complaint i filed on you with frys puts you in your place!
