Me and my lady come to this spot often and they always greet us with a smile and make us feel so welcome! It’s really heart warming to feel so welcomed but today really just sold it for my FAVORITE spot! I believe it’s “laser” but I’m not sure as I couldn’t the name tag well but was working all alone and had many orders to take. It was awesome to see he was still smiling and chopping it up with us! Felt so bad as apparently all his coworkers called off for the morning....
My boyfriend and I are regulars here and the staff is always super friendly, two certain people in particular. This morning we went and noticed one of our favorite baristas was working ALONE??? His attitude was still very positive but it’s just lame and very unprofessional to leave him hanging like that. We spoke to him and he wasn’t even supposed to be working that morning. He needs a raise!

only reason they look like the dint want to be there is because customers keep screaming at them a deak they ordered 1 minute ago and they don't understand that there is hundreds of orders coming in from mobile and in person and they can only make so many drinks at a time
