i requested that the baristas write “happy 16th birthday” on the cup for my niece. they went above and beyond and decorated it so cute. it made my niece’s day!! thank you to the friendly baristas working 8/13 at around 11am 😊
I accidentally placed an online order for a different location while grocery shopping, and the baristas, after seeing me waiting awhile, asked for my name and ended up making the order for me even though it was my mistake. I am so appreciative!
I get a different experience every time I come here, it's either the baristas greet me and are very sweet, or they don't greet me and are kind of rude, almost like they don't wanna be there. What breaks my heart though is their white mochas. White mochas are my signature drink every time, I don't know why my white mocha always tastes weird and completely different when I get them from this specific location :( I've never had a problem with anything else...
