Shout out to Malik; that was the best service I’ve ever experienced at a fast-food restaurant. He went above and beyond customer service, and the place was spotless. Give that man a raise!

Have gone to this subway a few times. Mostly the customer service is decent but today it was not. Janice took my daughters (who is young) order, toasted the bread (my daughter doesn't like that) and added spinach which she also never gets in her sandwich. I was ordering else where and when my daughter told me what happened so I went to get it fixed. Appearantly this pissed Janice off. She scolded us about saying we want something then changing our minds. She then walked away loudly talking about food waste. I get that the job gets stressful, but how she handled this order shows she needs to pay better attention and to understand the customers aren't her punching bag.

I had a horrible experience here a while back. Came in recently and was pleasantly surprised by the employees. The young lady Chloe was fantastic. So kind and listened to my insane sandwich order and made it perfect. Definitely will be back.

Very disappointed in this subway. I haven’t eaten anything all day, and I was done with work after 4 o’clock, I decided to stop in to get a sandwich and I ordered the boss. They literally gave me everything but meatballs on my sandwich. The whole specific reason why I ordered the boss, I will never be coming back here and I was charged full price. Terrible service

I've been in here only about 4 times. Foods good. Most of the people have been really kind but I have never in my life, aside from Denny's, seen a manager treat their employees like they are less than. All I know is she had glasses and an attitude. If you treat your employees like that in public, I'd hate to see how they are treated behind closed doors. Also, the boys at chesters seem like they horseplay more than they make food. I hope it all turns around here seeing as it's newer. Good luck!

Ordered steak egg cheese breakfast told it was $16+ only thing extra was not so fre. First negative review of any loves don't get ripped off it was at about 1:30 on 9/24/23
