Went in to get a footlong nacho and was told I had to take it the way they made it and could not have my choice of toppings. Asked why it didn’t say that on menu or signage and was told by manager, Kevin, that they didn’t have to tell us that. He was the rudest person I have ever dealt with or met at this location. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere because he doesn’t appreciate customers like he should. Hope Subway reviews their tapes to see how he speaks to customers. I left without my food and they didn’t get my money.
The staff was very friendly and the store was clean. I am quite disappointed when it comes to the amount of meat on the sandwich. I got the Tuna sub, and the meat Didn’t even go end to end a very small amount that the employee spread as best she could. Far less than most other sub shops I have frequented
Ordered through their app. They didn’t put the chips or drink in. Door dash delivers. This store says you have to go through them. So you didn’t put the chips and drink in the delivery bag? How is that door dashes problem? I don’t have a door dash account. And subways site doesn’t make it easy to fix this problem. Pass the buck pathetic service. Come to the store to get the missing items. Hello I had it delivered! Do your job better you pathetic excuse for a service to customers company!
Employees use same gloves to handle money, and personal items to handle your sandwhich, I noticed they only change one glove, it must be directions from the owner to save money, I really appreciate the probiotics you put on our sandwiches👍

Stale, dry, bread.... Every. Single. Time.
Look, it's Subway... It's nothing special. I've worked in a Subway when I was a teenager and I still remember turning over and throwing out bread that's dried and stale. Every time I order here, they have the worst bread ever. It's old and dry and disintegrates when handled and tastes horrible. This is easy to spot just by feeling the bread when you handle it when you make it Come on, everyone knows how bread SHOULD feel. Either the workers don't care enough to toss old bread and pick quality when making orders, or they aren't trained properly by management. Avoid this place completely. There's plenty of wayyyy better sandwich shops on Watson road. Jersey Mike's, Firehouse, Jimmy John's. All infinitely better in quality and price.

Service was really slow even with all night orders and a full lobby. They messed up my order multiple times I repeat myself multiple times and I called back to make a complaint. Customer service is really bad and rude and bitchy.

This Franchise owner does not believe in customer service as I explained to the young man that in the app it was showing that the Store was closed in app and thus he not allowing me to receive the $6.99 promotion from Subway on Any footlong!!! They would not honor and this made me have to drive 4.5 miles away to get the sub at $6.99!!!

The worse experience in the world, I ordered online a simple order and I got a mystery sandwich and when I called at 4:02pm guy didn’t give me his name and was sooooo rude and said to not go back to work and go show him the sandwich to get a refund , and told me stop repeating myself and hung up on mid conversation . I need a manager to call me asap , I work remote and can’t just go back when the order should’ve been done correctly .i want my money back I can’t eat ham can I get a sandwich I ordered please

Just visited and there were maybe 4 people ahead of me in line. One of the servers ( there were 3) proceeded to announce that there would probably be a 40 minute wait as they had online orders. What a way to discourage customers! 4 groups of customers left.

I placed an order online and had my husband pick it up on his way home from work it was supposed to be ready by 6pm. At 7pm my husband is still sitting in the lobby waiting for our food. Absolutely ridiculous!
Very rude and inattentive employees. Waited 10 minutes in line, and only 2 people ahead of me. Never once greeted. The employees making food clearly saw me and made no attempts to take my order. All while giving rude face gestures. Proceeded to ask the manager on shift to go on break right before my turn. When there was more than a reasonable amount of time to complete my order. Very disappointing customer service on every level. Will never be going back to this location.
