Stale, dry, bread.... Every. Single. Time.
Look, it's Subway... It's nothing special. I've worked in a Subway when I was a teenager and I still remember turning over and throwing out bread that's dried and stale. Every time I order here, they have the worst bread ever. It's old and dry and disintegrates when handled and tastes horrible. This is easy to spot just by feeling the bread when you handle it when you make it Come on, everyone knows how bread SHOULD feel. Either the workers don't care enough to toss old bread and pick quality when making orders, or they aren't trained properly by management. Avoid this place completely. There's plenty of wayyyy better sandwich shops on Watson road. Jersey Mike's, Firehouse, Jimmy John's. All infinitely better in quality and price.

Service was really slow even with all night orders and a full lobby. They messed up my order multiple times I repeat myself multiple times and I called back to make a complaint. Customer service is really bad and rude and bitchy.

This Franchise owner does not believe in customer service as I explained to the young man that in the app it was showing that the Store was closed in app and thus he not allowing me to receive the $6.99 promotion from Subway on Any footlong!!! They would not honor and this made me have to drive 4.5 miles away to get the sub at $6.99!!!

The worse experience in the world, I ordered online a simple order and I got a mystery sandwich and when I called at 4:02pm guy didn’t give me his name and was sooooo rude and said to not go back to work and go show him the sandwich to get a refund , and told me stop repeating myself and hung up on mid conversation . I need a manager to call me asap , I work remote and can’t just go back when the order should’ve been done correctly .i want my money back I can’t eat ham can I get a sandwich I ordered please

Just visited and there were maybe 4 people ahead of me in line. One of the servers ( there were 3) proceeded to announce that there would probably be a 40 minute wait as they had online orders. What a way to discourage customers! 4 groups of customers left.

I placed an order online and had my husband pick it up on his way home from work it was supposed to be ready by 6pm. At 7pm my husband is still sitting in the lobby waiting for our food. Absolutely ridiculous!
Very rude and inattentive employees. Waited 10 minutes in line, and only 2 people ahead of me. Never once greeted. The employees making food clearly saw me and made no attempts to take my order. All while giving rude face gestures. Proceeded to ask the manager on shift to go on break right before my turn. When there was more than a reasonable amount of time to complete my order. Very disappointing customer service on every level. Will never be going back to this location.

3 people "working".They were running in circles, not knowing what they were doing. Very inept!! They were out of some items.On top of all that, we got sick from the sandwiches. Never eating subway again. There are many other choices.

Ordered two sandwiches and 4 churros. Took forever to get the churros as we had already paid and sat waiting for them as the employees continued to make sandwiches for two more customers behind us. The churros were definitely not worth the wait at all. They barely had any cinnamon and sugar on them and somehow they tasted burnt but were still incredibly doughy. The sandwiches were decent enough though.

Workers are unprofessional. They advise one thing over the phone and change up in person. One of the workers cracks knuckles as if appearing to wanting to fight customers. Corporate needs this location addressed.
