Took 30 minutes in the drive thru to get to the kiosk. I acknowledge that I messed up placing my online order, but it shouldn’t take 30 MINUTES just to get to the order station. They had me pull around and get back in line again, which took another 30 MINUTES??? It took me an HOUR to get my food?????? Even then, they gave me the incorrect cheese sauce I ordered for my nachos.
Normally I don’t write reviews, but this isn’t the first time service took 30+ minutes. If you’re in a rush or just want to go home and get a quick bite, DONT GO HERE!

Everything is pretty much automated now that we order from kiosks so there is not much interaction with staff. But they got our order correct, good food, clean restaurant, nice 👍
They messed up our order and instead of fixing it for what we originally wanted the “manager” told us we could only take the food they made . We asked him if he could please keep 1 of the boxes and make the one I ordered and he said no he couldn’t unless I paid more money. I could understand if they truly couldn’t and he would be apologetic and say it’s policy but instead he was choosing not to and was being disrespectful on purpose. That being said , we went inside and asked the nice man at the cashier and he had no problem swapping it out for our correct order and was very polite about it.
