We had their August steak and lobster special. We also ordered our drinks and oyster appetizer. Our salads came before our drinks...We told them to forget the oyster appetizer. A few minutes later the supposed manager came to the table to tell the oysters were shucked and be no charge for them. At this point our steaks, lobsters and oysters all arrived. How silly was not knowing the service in which drinks, appetizers, salads and entrees should be served. My opinion is they're not sure what type of dinning place they want to be.

The food is always delicious. Never a miss, always a hit! Chef Steve is unbelievable! The service is attentive, same with the Bartenders; super friendly. Live music + abundance of T.V.'s for your favorite sports channel. This restaurant never misses a beat. Great price for a great time! Highly recommend Tempo Urban Bistro !

Server was nice but had too many tables and kept forgetting about us. The manager did check on us and helped out. Food arrived less than warm. Spaghetti was not good. Pasta was very chewy and sauce was sticky and the consistency was not good. chicken french was great. 3/5 people in group had it and loved it! Prices are a bit high but kids meals are good portions for fair pricing.

I’d rate this place higher because we’ve had great 5 star experiences… but our experience the week before Christmas was HORRIBLE.
It’s a bummer because we really loved this place and still enjoy stopping in on occasion at the bar but not to sit in and eat anymore. I’m not sure if we got a new server or if she’s still there but idk where to start… it took 20 minutes to get drinks ordered, she brought the wrong type of wine and didn’t want to replace it when we told her it was not what we ordered. We also ordered other bar drinks that she completely forgot about (we asked 3 separate times) so I went to the bar and ordered myself. The waitress still charged us for them separately even though we never got them from her and we paid for them at the bar ourselves. She spilled red wine on my wife’s white jacket and never even apologized. We brought this up with management at the end and gave our information but they never called.
I understand being busy and we tried to give grace but it was just such a terrible experience. We were bummed because we brought both our families in and talked it up only for everyone to walk away feeling let down.

Dined here many times and could not believe the Kobe and kids burgers that came out of the kitchen. A medium ordered Kobe that was extremely well done, rubbery and the bottom bun burnt beyond belief. The kids burger was like a brick. These orders should have never left the kitchen. You don’t have to pre cook a burger, it should always be fired when ordered. Appetizers were good as was my pork chop. The mashed potatoes were cold and like glue. Tempo, I know you can and will do better.

Paid $52 for a hamburger, chips and tip. Had water to drink. Hamburger was not worth the price, probably the worst hamburger I have had. Would not recommend.

First, as always, the staff is attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. We had great meals. My husband had Florida Grouper, and mine was Alaskan Halibut. Both were excellent with a side of garlic mashed potatoes, we shared. The bottle of wine, a pinot grigio, was also very good. We shared a lemon cake for dessert, so good. Bonus, on Thursday evenings, there is live music. Fun night with very satisfied tummys! Tempo Urban. Keep up the all-around great service !!

Tempo is great! We had a reservation for 9 for a birthday lunch and when we were running late Tempo answered the phone and allowed us to move our reservation time back which was so nice. Our server was efficient and friendly, the food was delicious and the restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom. It's a great spot to try when you want something a little on the fancy side without being crazy expensive. If you have a large group make sure to ask about portion sizes for apps as they are smaller than we expected, so we just added a couple extra orders! The mozzarella appetizer is fabulous! I tried the bang bang shrimp and the caprese sandwhich and both were wonderful. We had several people order cocktails and all had rave reviews. Tempo is along a strip of shops and restaurants so it's a great place to have lunch and then walk around!
