Had lunch at Verrado Grille with some friends. Food was very good. Very poor service. When we received our bill they automatically added a gratuity after the food item and the tax. So for a sandwich and side salad I ended up paying a tip of 32%. Everyone at our table paid at least that amount. We will not be back.
We recently went to eat specifically for the buffalo chicken fries and we found out that the chef removed it from the menu. I did ask what happened and the staff said the chef often removes popular items from the menu. Not sure why but that app kept me coming because it was to die for. We ordered two other dishes and they were ok but nothing I would need to go back for.
Great food and friendly service with a view.
