Food was not ready at pick up, then 3 out of the 4 of us got food poisoning from this place referring to Maricopa environmental services.

After spending nearly $40 on a meal, that the only thing that came right was fries. You can literally see the oil base that the boneless wings are sitting in, I was told the wings are butter based which is why they look like that, not sure if they have changed something recently but we have ordered this same order from other wingstop locations and have NEVER had our order come out looking like this. On top of all of our bone-in wings were undercooked as well. When I called in the staff is very nice but the very unprofessional ‘manager’ refused to even state his name… You can tell the staff is young and poorly trained, none of which is their fault. They at least refunded our unedible order. :/

We were really excited to have wingstop over here but it’s really disappointing everytime we come. This is our final visit with wingstop in general, unfortunately.

Left food out of order. Ordered through Uber Eats. Manager stated well what do you want money back can't do that because of ordering through Uber Eats. Very unprofessional manager. Do not order from here if you want nice service or good food. Very disappointed. I just wanted my food was willing to go pick up myself but no.

Let me start by saying I love when Janae takes and makes my order. Ever since I’ve craved wingstop during my pregnancy she really takes my order seriously and understands I can’t eat it unless it’s made the way I tell her I give her five stars. She’s amazing. As for the general manager that answered my phone call at 445 July 1st she was extremely rude. I told her I need my order done exactly the way I relay it to her because I am pregnant. I give her my order and she says “well what does any of this have to do with your pregnancy is there an allergy.” I said no no allergy it’s just I don’t want to spend $50 on an order I’m not going to be able to eat due to pregnancy cravings and food aversions. She then tried to go back and forth with me saying “well I never heard of this before, this isn’t about pregnancy and I’m the general manager.” Ok you’ve never heard of food cravings or food aversions when something isn’t made right during a pregnant got it. She also told me my order had nothing to do with pregnancy and when I asked for Jessica she wouldn’t place her on the phone. I decided to call Watson instead.

If I’m going to pay $50 for 28 wings two fries and a drink I want to make sure my food is made the way I ask. I appreciate her asking about allergies but discrediting my cravings and food aversions when I’m spending all this money is rude and I just won’t order here unless Janae places my order. This one star is for my experience with this general manager who feels like she knows everything and wants to go back and forth with a paying customer about adding extra seasoning to certain wings and side. Goodness gracious.

I walked into Wingstop on the night of Saturday, July 26th, already frustrated that my order was 10 minutes past the promised pickup time only to find that it still wasn’t ready. What made it even worse was watching the girl at the front carry on, loudly flirting with every male employee in the kitchen, including the manager, instead of doing her actual job. And when the order finally did come out, it was prepared so messy and sloppy it looked like it was thrown together with zero care. If this is the kind of unprofessional behavior that’s being allowed and even entertained by leadership, it really makes me question the standards and priorities of everyone working there that night. Are any of you actually here to work, or is this some kind of social hour with a side of wings?

Most of the team members are welcoming and super nice. The food has always been delicious. We order our fries extra well-done for the crunch and its perfect every time. Highly recommend ordering ahead on the app for the busier times but all in all, its always an excellent visit here. 😊

Not sure why this wingstop is below 4 stars. It’s a standard wingstop you’d find anywhere else. Small interior, maybe 5 or 6 tables to sit in. Food is always prepared and cooked well. Lemon Pepper wings are absolute fire. Always use the perfect amount of seasoning. Staff is on the younger side with a mature manager on site. Seems to be well managed. These negative reviews sound like typical Verrado resident entitlement. EVERY time I’ve ordered from or dined here it has been a great experience. 5 stars all around.
