Last evening I with a rather large group for a birthday celebration. Our waitress service was excellent and very professional. For the most part I would give a two star rating on the food (that I had), as I did not hear any other comments that were positive except for appetizers and desserts which were notably very good. I had the Eggplant Parmesan and was not pleased with it at all. I ate 1/2 of one of the pieces. The eggplant was too “thick” and although coated and nicely fried on both sides, it was too wet and mushy inside. Your red sauce tends to be too dry on the pasta. I have had this same dish at other Italian Restaurants and was looking forward to having again. Sorry I was disappointed. But with a much thinner sliced eggplant and an improved red sauce I think I will try it there again. However I did enjoy the dessert and the portion was very generous so I took half of it home to enjoy the next day.
