It get me every time we go to a branch we haven't been to before. It is like going into one in your home town they are all the same. I like that, a home from home. The menu choice is great & the young staff were so plight & engaging.
Not a very nice counter person. Got order wrong TWICE. And told us it was our fault. Told an 8 year old they did not get to order from the kids menu they did not look young enough for it. WTH. JUST REALLY bad service. It was at the bullhead city Culver's.
I tend to visit this Culver's only when I'm in the area and need a frozen custard. That being said, the drive-thru is always fast and efficient, even when there are multiple cars in front of me.
I really can't say anything about the interior atmosphere, but assume it's much like the others in Lake Havasu and Kingman that I have been in.
