This place is the best! I loved the food, it had clean floors, clean tables and the bathroom was super clean. I recommend coming back here again! Also, I just want to point out something that made me think twice, why are people complaining about the employees if they worked so hard to make other people's food and complaining about the restaurant? El Pollo Loco is a great place to eat. The food is excellent, and many people come here about twice a week. Tuesday is Taco Deals day. If you have the app you get perks too. The store is clean, and even though it is pretty busy a lot of the time, you do not wait long. The floors, tables, and bathroom are super clean. The food is amazing and even better than the Vegas location. The staff are very friendly, courteous and kind. One employee went out of her way to get people their meals, napkins, and even drinks. Another employee always has a smile on her face and delivers exceptional service. A lady who was sweeping the floors and picking up came by a table and made sure everything was needed, and even took the time to get tops for plates and a bag for leftovers. A manager is really nice and so sweet. The personnel are really friendly. One waitress could not have been better. People will be making regular visits here.
