First I just moved to Bullhead City. I eat breakfast out everyday. Service was very slow. The restaurant was not busy. I wanted some good pancakes. So what is IHOP known for there pancakes. After waiting long period of time. We finally got our food. The pancakes were cold and overcooked. Even when you cut them with a fork. They were hard. I ordered my eggs scrambled. Again cold, I don't know whether they make powdered eggs. But the eggs were little pieces nasty, All very small portions. What's cheaper than hasbrowns. At least give me what the picture shows. And last the server never poured our first cup of coffee. Dropped two cups on the table with the carafe and walked away. After serving our food never to be seen again. Wow! Sorry I had to write this. I have been there three times now gave you a second and third chance.

We were here on March 8th, 2024. We came for breakfast to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday. Whoever they hired as the hostess should be fired immediately. She was definitely on drugs and had a 2 second brain. Literally just took my name down, and then when she called My name, she looked around like I wasn't standing right in front of her. She sat us at a table, threw the menu's down and walked away. And we weren't greeted by a waitress for 10 minutes. And yes, I kept track of how long we were sitting there before our drink orders were even asked for. 10 minutes of sitting at a table with no one greeting us, or asking us what we would like to drink, and by that time we had already looked at the menu and knew what we wanted because we were sitting there for 10 whole minutes before anybody greeted us. I was literally getting ready to leave the booth when the waitress finally came over and asked "How are you doing this morning?" And I said "well, I've been sitting here for 10 minutes without being greeted, we don't even have any drinks. I'm pretty sure your hostess is on some type of substance. she didn't let anybody know that we were here, just sat us, threw the menu's down and walked away." She could tell I was not pleased with the service, or the lack thereof, actually. We were having a great day before this entire interaction. It was a happy day!! We were celebrating my daughter's birthday. This interaction totally ruined our dining experience. And I will NOT come back to this IHOP. Do better.

Get there before 9 a.m., and the 2+2+2 breakfast was only $6.99We got a booth by the window, and our server was there quickly taking our order.Coffee came in an urn with enough for 2 refills, so I didn't have to wait for hot coffee.Pancakes, sausage, eggs, and shredded hashbrowns for the price were a pleasant surprise.We will be back...

Slow service on nearly empty place on Thursday morning. Long wait to be seated, long wait for server to take the order.Prepare to wait for your food. Eggs and sausages over cooked...hard to screw them up?MOST of their food items in menu LOADED with sugar, NO low carb or Keto option...Mostly all sugar and carbs.
The food was delicious ?? but the waitress who served us was disappointing, she forgot about us and didn't even bring us water, we spent 40 minutes waiting for her and she served other tables in 5 minutes.

The facility was half empty at 8:30 in the morning on 3/18/24. The line to be seated was all the way to the entry door. The waitress came to the desk but instead of seating folks she started writing down names of the folks in line, we walked out as did some other customers. We wonder where was the manger at 8:30 in morning on a Monday because this employee seem to have no sense of urgency with the long line. We drove back across the river and went to Denny's and the folks behind us went as well. Where is the customer service at this Ihop and I do not want to copy and paste... fix the issue with this location its the only one there!!!!!!
