When we visited the first time a few months ago, our table seemed to be in a void of service. We were at our table for 30 minutes before anyone realized we were overlooked. Once Shelby realized this, she bacame our server taking great care of us. Chit chatting a little. She is such a sweetheart! We later found out she was the manager when she told us to come back sometime to see her if we were ever in town again (being that we are from Vegas).

I had such a great experience, and a huge part of that was our waitress, Gabby! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing, and you can tell she really cares about her customers.
Our food came out quickly, everything was exactly right, and Gabby kept checking in at just the right times. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience feel welcoming...

From the second we sat down, she was on it—super friendly, quick with everything, and somehow way more awake than I was (which deserves its own 5-star rating). She kept the coffee coming like she knew it was a survival situation, and I truly appreciated that.
The food was exactly what you want from IHOP—fluffy pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, and zero complaints....
