“They will not allow customers to add anything to their order at the window. Not even something that is usually premade like their pies. I wanted to get 2 pies after I laid for my first order and was told I would have to get back in the drive through to order anymore. I ended up parking and going in to the store to place my order for 2 pies. I waited for over a half an hour.

“There were for of us, and we needed some help with the app and the kiosk, but not one employee offered to help or even acknowledge our presence. This seems to be a trend with most McDonald's as they give drive-thru customers priority. What a shame. We are all seniors who love McDonald's but not their service.“
