McDonald's in Henderson

“Today we stopped by this McDonald's and we did mobile app pickup. We thought we ordered an extra drink and fries, but we didn't. After clearing this up with the attendants Giselle & Abigail, they still offered to get us the drink and fries without extra pay even though we offered. Customer Service is huge with me and they could've done nothing since it was our fault, but instead choose to take care of the customer. Excellent show of character and customer service. Thank you!“

“Bro ive never been to a good mcdonalds the entire time i lived in las vegas but this one was amazing. The second i walked in a very nice guy said hello and told us if we needed help that he was there. The food was fast and tasty. Didnt have a nasty weird smell either W mcdonalds.“

“I don't go inside much, it's drive thru or curbside for me so I'm going to base this rating on service and quality of food which both are great here. Going through the drive thru is always quick, no matter how long the line is. The staff is always friendly, never looking bored or ready to go home the food is always fresh and hot and most important the fries and Frappes are full, not half full like some of the McDonald's have been getting away with, I'm talking full like in the pictures full. Most of you don't notice cuz we all just stick our hands in and start eating right away . I don't eat until I get home and I started noticing this . It started back when shrinkflation started .. that was understandable but when the packaging got smaller and some McDonald's were still only filling them halfway that's not okay. But here you don't have to worry about that. The fries and fraps are always full here 😊“

“I come to this location quite often just because it is the closest to my house. However the service often leaves something to be desired and the location creates an off atmosphere. There have been suspicious people loitering in the parking lot in the past. Sometimes you have to park and wait for the food.“

“The staff were very attentive and friendly. They brought food out to the customers consistently and handled issues that arose in a very timely manner with another staff member usually by their side to assist. The tables were cleaned consistently and the food was good. I tried the Berry Blast Sprite and was actually pleasantly surprised at the flavor while the cold foam kind of really completed it as a more wholesome drink.“

“This McDonald's was as good as what I have been too before . It took a little longer than it should have but that could have been caused by the employees playing around. This was a typical McDonald's but it was a bit pricey for just my wife and myself wanting something quick.“
